I had a amazing time today. I was with Melissa and she was so kind and patient. She was a part of the process and helped make the suggestion of dip powder as it was an overall better pick. I was on Holiday in Melbourne and also there for business. Right before I left home I got a manicure that didn't last 3 days, it looked terrible right from the start but I didn't have time to fix it until I got to Melbourne. I got an appointment with Q&H Nails and my nails over a week later still look amazing. The best manicure I have ever received. I hope they move to the States, Atlanta, GA and I will be their first customer there. We need you here!

Love the work that Melissa did on my hand. Just can't stop admiring it thank you so much for my perfect nails highly recommend to anyone who wants to get their nail done with this beautiful ladies.

I did a stretch on one toe, and stretching on my hands, they were good in the hand, on the foot they didn't look very good and cost US$ 175 of all the salons I was in, this one came out very expensive, and I didn't like it, I'm not going back

The two girls that were working today we're so good. They were kind and gentle as it was my first time getting nails. I called and asked if they had any time for me and 15 mins later I was telling them what I wanted. Also they are gorgeous nails, matched my reference pic perfectly. (The black in my skin is my fault lol)

I absolutely love the organic gel at Q&H Nails. Gorgeous sheen, lasts approx 3 weeks and doesn't damage my nails. Highly recommended.

So so Rude will never book again! Called to reschedule an appointment 22 hours out then was told that they didn't have my appointment despite making a deposit and having an online confirmation. The woman then told me that I had lost my deposit if I was to move the appointment despite them not having any record of it.

Just got my first organic gel nails and I couldn’t recommend Melissa more.
Unfortunately I’m from Sydney, otherwise I would definitely become a regular client.

Awful experience, it’s my worst nail art experience in Mel. The lady is inexperienced and didn't know what to do. She hurt my nail by removing old gel very rudely and nail surface is not smooth at all before painting. And she couldn’t do cat eye properly (even with 4 year experience), they put 5 layers gel, my nails look ugly. Her altitude makes the experience even worse, she talked to me very impatiently and make me feel i’m unwelcome, and do everything in rush. Not Recommended.

I wasn’t told that she only had 30min for me. Walk in is not my fault. By paying the full price, customers suppose to be treated as an equal. Disappointed to get the response like below

Amazing service and so kind- I misread my appointment and they fit me in regardless, saving me another trip in to Melbourne. A+ service, and fantastic job! Love the team here!:)
