First order: product was great, delivery was without issue and placed directly out the front of our unit.
Second order: delivery driver calls me and tells me he can't get into the street. There was plenty of room for him to get through and he was clearly bothered when I told him that he had room. He dumped the pieces on the nature strip, leaving me to move it piece by piece all the way up the driveway to my unit. $110 for delivery for that kind of service? Super disappointed and feeling ripped off.

Timber arrived safe and sound. It's is beautiful, and nicely dressed to boot. There was a minor glitch with the freight that was totally my fault, but we worked it out with no major delays. Altogether a completely easy and straight forward experience. These people know what they're on about!

This is a great timber supplier. We have used them for both commercial and residential. Great selection of timber, good price, always easy to deal with and delivery is reliable.

I purchased WoodEvo decking and was delighted with the advice provided before we ordered and also the overall service. My builder somehow over estimated the amount required and PY Timber were very helpful with the return of our excess boards. I have other renovation jobs to do and will be using PY Timber whenever possible.
