Rarely out of stock and they have a great app that makes everything so much easier to purchase, use and get delivery.

I just like to thank Maria and the team at P. Y. Timber for assisting me restore my two cast iron benches. I needed two timbers widths to restore these benches and Maria assisted me purchasing timbers in fixed lengths. Even though the order was small, the Maria and the team were happy to help.

The service is good and the staff friendly, but I was short supplied of the material I bought and they had no record of what they delivered. Be aware and check your delivery. I hope it was a honest mistake!

I initially gave these guys a 1 star revue, since then I have been contacted by management who guaranteed me this was out of character and will never happen again, as policies are being introduced so it does not happen.
Very happy with the way I was contacted and the empathy felt by management towards my situation.

Initially Wrong delivery day,
Wrong delivery time and then dumped on neighbours lawn because they couldn't wait 7 minutes which was the earliest drop off time they were given and agreed to, charged extra for cutting even though they advertised, and I ordered the correct size. Worst timber company in the area, ended up having top pay someone to come and shift it off the neighbours lawn and then repair it where they had dug a divet into it with the timber. Absolutely useless, I asked for a call back to discuss, but obviously they don't care. I would say most reviews are fake as this was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a company other than Telstra.

Ordered timber at 2.30pm and was ready to collect by 3.15pm. Excellent web site. Made ordering very easy. Would use them again. Thoroughly recommended.

I would like to give a shout out to one of their delivery driver Mr Tomi Kanja. He recently delivered a truck load of supplies to an end unit. The unit was not accessible by truck and is roughly 40 meters away [ One way ]. Instead of leaving the supply by the side of the road like what most other people would've done, this man got in contact with one of our staff member and decided to unload the truckload of timber manually, leaving the timber in a very neat pile next to the house. This man truly deserve a raise.
