A very good company to deal with. The sales rep was extremely helpful and explained everything to me.
The price was great and we were very happy with the product. We live in SA and they freighted our order over which only took approx 6 days after placing the order. Wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again.

Useless timber yard and customer service unwilling to offer basic services, you can’t pre inspect timber quality or requests set lengths when ordering. In addition the website appears to not be PCI compliant or securely managing customers credit card details with placing orders online.

Went here to buy some timber for a garden arbor. Lochy who served us was amazing. Extremely helpful nothing was to much bother offered lots of useful advice. I can say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at any retail outlet.

Lachlan R at PY Timber deserves a huge commendation for his willingness to go over and above to help me source a very rare product, with an extremely specific combination of requirements to suit my project, that has to be exact in terms of its appearance & functionality. Some shambolic customer service around delivery. Provided a 9 hour window and still missed it.
Subsequently I received genuine proactive apology and efforts to rectify. Appreciated.
Clearly they ultimately care about what they do and how customers perceive them. Resecued a 1 star to a 4 star.

System of entering CC details and delivery address only to find out over a week later that it hasn't been shipped or charged for.

Thanks to all the crew down at PY, especially Lincoln. Always getting back to me with quotes at all hours of the weekend, the man doesn’t stop.
Delivery down to Geelong on Tuesdays and Thursdays is also handy!

Pickup from store is pretty straightforward.
Delivery is a bit rough, poor bloke had to push multiple bundles of product (quite heavy) off the side of his truck onto the ground. In my case, it was pushed off the truck onto my driveway and crushed a down pipe
