Fantastic, honest, prompt! Took my lap top in for a service because it just wouldn't turn on. Left it with them over night because they were extremely busy that day & told me nothing was wrong with it just that my Mac Charger wasn't working.

My teenagers Mac Book Pro decided to die 2 weeks out from the start of Yr12, mid holiday homework, and just refused to boot. After trying all the recommended Apple resets, I contacted Michael and Aron at ProTechnologies based on all the positive reviews. I was not disappointed, they were extremely helpful and professional and I dropped the laptop in later the same day. A day later they contacted me with the issue found, repair quote and expected timeframe. I have just picked the laptop up, all fixed and within the timeframe and cost quoted. I wanted my hardrive cable to be repaired so ii visite apple store, but they asked me 200$ (pentagon apple store, ehote White), but when I came here, Miachel fixed same problem for 80 bucks and he even gave me a warranty! Excellent service, very geniune people. My lapi is working like new.
