One of the most amazing service at a very reasonable price, I have been using different computer technicians in the past and beside the high price I have been charged, I never got the right service. I have been using their service for the past 3 years now and will never try others. Had a simple issue on my laptop during my latest visit (which I thought it was a big issue) but they spent over 15 minute fixing it and I was surprised they didn't charge me at all, any other place I would be looking at what they call it minimum fees of $70 or even more as I have experienced that before with other Computer Technicians.
They are small friendly team with full of knowledge, they don't stop by fixing the issue but they also tell you why it happened and what to do in the future to prevent the same issue happening again.
I have referred them to all my families and friends, each one of then been thanking me for the referral.

Ordered a custom computer from Michael and Aaron, i had never put together a computer before and i had a budget. They worked together within my budget and built a computer better than i could ever have asked for. Certainly not one capable of the things that it is in the budget i had. I would recommend 11/10 times. They are incredible, less than a week turn around from ordered to built even with delays on certain parts. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have been having internet connectivity issues with my laptop for over a month - I tried looking at some online help services (with my phone, which isn't ideal) to get my laptop fixed, but they were either unhelpful or pushy. I have walked in just this afternoon, and they helped me out instantly and without fuss. It seemed like a simple thing (well it seemed simple for Aaron, clearly it's not simple for me) to fix, so it was fixed in a matter of minutes. I was happy to pay for his help, but he said just leave a review instead. I will definitely come back here again.

Did a free checkup on my laptop and didn’t charge me anything for it. I went to another store before them and they wanted 200$ just for a checkup. They fixed the problem with my keyboard. Very friendly and kind.

Awesome service from the team and fast turn around time. Built my PC in no time at all with regular communication during the build. This is the only place you need to go to get your computer fixed.

I was experiencing difficulties with my laptop due to a problem with the hard drive. Michael was immediately able to identify the problem and replaced my hard drive, transferring all my data over to the new one. As a full time uni student my laptop is very important to me and I really appreciate Michael being so quick with fixing it and getting back to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Once again, excellent service. I have used Pro Technologies before and will do so in the future. My laptop issues were resolved thoroughly. In addition, I find that there is always good information communicated to the customer about the problem source.

If you don't want to be ripped off, these guys are definitely the crew to go to! Very fair and understanding, I could not have been happier with their customer service.

These guys are great. They have been able to help me a number of times recently from a rebuild of a crashed desktop to advice on getting USB connectors for old hard disks saved from previous desktops.
They are friendly, helpful and not expensive. Definitely the place to go whether you live close by or need to travel there.

A few weeks back I decided to do something about my ever slowing laptop.
I rang these guys for some advise, Aaron advised that the laptop was way to good to ditch, and suggest installing an SSD drive. He promised it would be done in 1 day and it was, the performance lift is quite staggering. These guys are so very professional, its a pleasure to do business with them.

I have used ProTechnologies twice. In 2018 Aaron retrieved data from the hard drive when the motherboard failed. In 2019 Michael replaced a failing hard drive with a solid state drive. I was pleased on both occasions that no data or photos were lost. Aaron and Michael were patient in resolving my queries and instructing me on procedures as I am not computer literate. I appreciated their service.
