These guys fixed a part on my pc that no other repair shop would even look at. Aaron was super helpful on the phone and in person, had my problems fixed in a day.

Came here to get my laptop screen fixed. I was quoted $600 and was told it would take roughly 4-5 days - which was all more than fine.
After about a week, I hadn’t heard anything so called up the shop phone number a few times and couldn’t get through. I left a message and didn’t hear back. After a couple days, I ended up physically going into the store to see where everything was at. The guy told me that they had accidentally ordered the wrong screen and had sent it back to be changed which would take a few more days. After another week, I received a text from them saying they had almost received the replacement screen and then they would contact me to let me know when it would be ready.
All up it took about 4 weeks with only two text messages of communication.
THEN when my computer is finally ready, my husband picks it up and pays and tells me they didn’t fix the hinge so now it doesn’t close properly.
When I take something into a shop to get fixed, I assume they can diagnose a problem properly and fix it accordingly. I was more than happy to pay for them to fix the hinge too but didn’t even find out this needed fixing until after we’d picked it up.

My laptop was affected by some unknown software and unable to open and running smoothly, get a quote of $300 for fixing. But unfortunately, it only survives 1 week time and get back to it used to be.call back for more solution, but they cannot get me a good answer. Therefore, I spent $300 for nothing.: (

Amazing local business. Michael is super helpful. I have been here for 4 years now. First time was to get my laptop screen replaced on my Dell inspiron 15 7000. At the time along with the screen the bottom part was also cracked and opened they advised me it was just cosmetics and it would not be worth to fix it in terms of price. So very reasonable with pricing and does not try to overcharge customers. My last visit was for my pc, I was getting heating issues and they were able to narrow down the problem with their thermal camera scanner and helped me fix that as well. Very knowledgeable definitely recommend.
