Frustrating at Warranty-

Long story short - Purchased at least 30 spigen products from them and never complained. This time the case which I have received in September 2020 but the side buttons are falling off.it is not a physical damage on the case. It dropped on the floor like my other phone and that’s why we purchased case to protect the phone but THIS IS NOT HAPPENING BECAUSE OF DROPPING I CAN ASSURE. Spigen claims, "The translucent exterior reveals all the intricacies of its dual-layered makeup while providing everyday drop defense''. If it cannot protect itself how can it protect the phone?
Progadgets' reply - 'Regarding warranty, Spigen provides a 12 months warranty and that only covers factory / workmanship fault, it doesn't cover physical damage or wear and tear. ''
''We can offer you a 20% discount on a replacement. ''

If I bought this device from any top physical electronics store (JB, Harvey or Officeworks etc) within 6 months, they would just replace it straight away as Faulty - it didn't meet the description. I know as I had worked for one of those and definitely a good buyer from others.
I thought progadget would be very good at warranty and at a person who bought so many products from them and wouldn’t claim fake.

VERY FRUSTATING AND THEY LOST A VALUED AND LOYAL CUSTOMER.

PS: But “Spigen” knows how to make happy its loyal customer.

Got a 'thank-you-for-purchase' note in the package asking for creative feedback. Not sure how creative it could be. Payed for a genuine case. Got a genuine case. Simple.

Flawless transaction. The price was great with free shipping. It was dispatched within 24 hours of order payment via PayPal. The Spigen product received is genuine as promoted on the website. As with previous Spigen products from PRO Gadgets, I can't fault it or the purchase process.

Good service: I was sent the wrong iPhone case by these guys. I was pretty sure I had ordered correctly, they said I hadn't. Either way, they very promptly returned my payment in full, and all I did was reseal the package and send it return post free of charge. I rate them highly for their quick service and being easy to deal with. Would use them again despite the mix up.

Very poor service
I bought two screen protectors and two phone covers from them, only to discover that they are not compatible. I won't use or recommend a store that has no interest in informing their customers that the products they are purchasing in one order is not compatible. Clearly just a money grab company since they had no other screen protectors on offer and knew they won't make that sale if I was informed of the fact.
I informed them of this via email with no response at all, indicating they also have no interest in assisting to resolve this issue.

NEVER RECEIVED MY FULL REFUND! Paid for express delivery but never received my iphone Xs case. Emailed the company several times and they take days to get back to you, eventually I received a reply and they said they would chase it up with Australia Post. When they eventually got back to me they said the product was already on the way back to them and I would have to wait for them to receive it back into stock and then they would process my refund.: (

No response to emails, 3rd broken Spigen case (bought all 3). Lodged dispute through PayPal and decided in my favour. If you don't receive a response, just go through PayPal to solve your issues.

Very good customer service. Will certainly keep buying from them. Very customer oriented people.

Easy, could be a bit cheaper, but products are of much better quality than other garbage on the market
