Ordered a case that unfortunately had a design flaw, it broke almost straight away, they refused to switch it for a different type. They sent me an identical replacement, obviously it also broke in the exact same spot. I posted both cases back at my own expense, they refused to refund the purchase or shipping and claimed I damaged both cases. I had to lodge a complaint with paypal to get the cost of the cases back. Still out of pocket for postage.

Amazing to deal with, fast even in the pandemic and I'm a very happy customer as well. Highly recommend to shop from.

Ordered a black Spigen Liquid Air protective case for my Galaxy Watch 4 40mm. Prompt delivery, and the silicone case fits like a glove over the watch as it's prone to scratches unlike the classic model which has the bezel. Changes the look of the watch, looks sportier and makes it just slightly chunkier which I don't mind at all. Always a big fan of Spigen products!

Good product. Prompt arrival. Easy to deal with when I ordered wrong product (my mistake). The galaxy 46mm classic 4 rugged armour watch cover looks good and robust. It's chunky - but that adds to its sporty / rugged aesthetic.

Easy to find, ample off street parking. Bought online but they offer next day pickup. Would use again!

I bought myself a new phone and I needed a case, a lot of people have recommended Spigen cases. I went onto amazon and found a spigen case, fairly priced and in Australia (seller was called Progadgets), happy days.
I placed the order on on 2 Dec 21 and the order was shipped next day.
Amazon said it would arrive 20 Dec, and with post the way it is I was okay with that. However on the 13th Dec I come home and in my letter box is the case I ordered. Absolutely fantastic!

I bought a Samsung original mobile cover from Pro Gadgets via Kogan. It was dispatched and shipped on time just prior to Christmas.

My first order with this company was dispatched within 2 hours and delivered the next day. My new Spigen case arrived perfectly and fits my new phone as described.

They sent me an email warning of possible delays due to Covid postal issues, but their prompt dispatch meant I had product in hand the next day!

I purchased a SPIGEN Tough Armor XP Shockproof Cover for my iPhone 11 from PRO Gadgets a couple of years ago. Recently I accidentally left my phone on the roof of my car and subsequently drove off and it fell onto Burwood Hwy where it sat for over 2 hours. Multiple cars ran over the phone in this time before I realised the phone was missing. I used the Apple find my phone app to locate the device, which was sitting in the middle of the road. Although the screen was damaged, the device was still functional due to the design of the SPIGEN case which I am still using today.
I have had no hesitation in purchasing another SPIGEN case this week from PRO Gadgets for my latest iPhone 13 Pro.

I bought both the SPIGEN GLAS.tR EZ Fit Tempered Glass (for the iPhone 13 Pro) and Belkin Tempered Glass for iPad Pro 12.9 2021 from ProGadgets (via Kogan).

I have a long history of being frustrated by screen protectors, as I have a very good eye for detail, I get irritated when dust or bubbles end up under a screen protector. As a result, I typically give up and pay others to install these.

However, in both cases, with both products, I not only ended up bubble free, I also ended up completely dust free with the iPhone and only a single spec of dust with the iPad. As such, I am very much impressed with both of these products!
