Pretzel

We tried the sweet pretzels and found them very filling and a bit too sweet towards the end. We had the Biscoff and Coconut flavours. They are good as a shared snack.

The Doncaster branch is a sheltered outdoor area using takeaway utensils and cardboard boxes, however, there was a lot of litter left in the seating area and the bin extremely overflowing. If the cleaning was a bit more frequent, the experience would be better.

They never fail to amaze me with such a great customer service, superb taste and pleasant vibe, do try their chipotle pretzel it’s one of the best

Pretzels are great but don't bother ordering online. Was told by staff that it would be a 5 minute wait but ended up waiting an additional 20-25 minutes after the estimated pickup time.

Bubbly staff members were willing to explain and suggest pretzels as it was my first time trying! Wait time should be expected as they are made to order, but the outcome is soo worth it!

Tasty pretzels, pricing is abit steep for size but that is somewhat standard in Melbourne! Nice service, just had a fairly long wait both times

Such a cute store! The staff are absolutely lovely and you can tell they are all working really hard! The staff member who took my order let me know there was a little bit of a wait which is totally understandable considering every pretzel is hand rolled! We really appreciated them letting us know before ordering and our pretzels were well worth it! Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Customer service is genuinely dreadful. Would seriously say go anywhere else in Doncaster. Had to wait an hour and our order was wrong and the system of how they cook the pretzels is so pathetic.

It's all in the name - pretzel has absolutely delicious pretzels! The cinnamon glaze is great (it's a sweet cream cheese sauce), however I've recently gone vegan and wish they had this as a vegan option. Biscoff was also great!

Customer service was appalling this evening. Staff were disorganised and on their phone with service taking beyond an over. Overall, would not come here again, nor recommended others to do so.

On my last trip to melbourne, stopped by Pretzel to see how different they are to their Perth counterparts. Pleased to see the same great service and quality Pretzels. Good job Pretzel Team!

The pretzels are good but the customer service is shocking, its awfully slow and the staff are really blunt. The staff made my pretzel in a rush which was evident because it was so messy

The pretzels are delicious, but customer service really changes the experience. The staff are not enthusiastic and are not dressed well. My sister stood waiting to order for ten minutes, was ignored for those ten minutes, before being told they were no longer selling. Further staff training should be implemented to train these young members the important of customer service.
