Ive passed this shop every time I go to Westfield but never did try until I saw it on EatClub. Decided to try it out since there was a promotion on it. It was amazing, the Pretzel was soft and slightly crispy on the top and it being served freshly baked made such a big difference to the texture. Only feedback I can give is please provide fork and knife as not everyone likes using hands.

There’s two brunette girls who work here who would rather stare me down instead of doing their job.i’m not even eating or purchasing from here and i’ve been death-stared the last 25 mins
please teach your staff some common decency.thanks in advance

This time we tried there new flavours snickers and Malteaser and they have been the best yet!

The staff here are terrible help when it comes to finding somewhere to fill up our drink bottles. They have plenty of time for selling us pretzels but non for helpful service.

I mourned the demise of Pretzel World back in the day so I was delighted to discover the plainly named ‘Pretzel’ with pretzels that tasted anything but. The cookies and cream was pure indulgence and absolutely delicious. I utterly adored the pink decor also

Ridiculous wait time that to me wasn’t worth the wait, over 20min for 3 pretzels (there was one gentleman with his granddaughter that waited 25min for 1 pretzel!) and they weren’t even busy.to which we were told “we’re NOT a fast food place” err but you’re still take away! There were 3 people working and didn’t notice much of a production line going on to actually get on top of the wait time! Tables were unclean, fly screens open and it was super windy and heaters weren’t on. I Said to the waiter “you’re heaters aren’t on” to which he just looked at me blank without a care! I don’t generally complain but I find it absolutely unacceptable that these things were not even cared about when there are businesses out there fighting for your custom and this one couldn’t give 2 hoots! It wasn’t just us that thought this way there were other customers waiting and were shocked. The only reason we waited was because my kids really wanted a pretzel, and then to be disappointed because they were crunchy. Sorry guys but I feel the only way that you would’ve listened to a customer complaint is this way because your staff didn’t care when we had brought these issues up. Good luck for the future but we won’t be waiting for any more pretzels?

Really liked my first time here, prices were reasonable, pretzels were warm and delicious and service was amazing however my second time the prices had gone up (understandably as all businesses do) and the staff where more dismissive and my pretzel was cold. Overall this place is really good if you want a nice pretzel, it’s just a bit of a hit or miss sometimes.

The pretzels are made to order that's why I was so sure that my orders were freshly made:) loved the cinnamon & the bacon & cheese.

Whenever we come here they take a long time to prepare the food, they say it’ll take ten minutes but they end up taking twenty instead.

Ordered Cinnamon Glazed and it was delicious! Especially when I ordered it at 9pm on a cold rainy night through food delivery. It arrived nice and warm, thanks!

First time here today. We got the cheese+jalapeño and Oreo pretzels! Very yummy! Service was friendly too.

Minus 1 star due to the cleanliness of the dining/waiting space. Having clean tables and seats would make the experience better for customers!: D

Despite having very fresh and delicious pretzels and very cutesy and "Instagramable" decor, the shop ambience is ruined by the lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the seating area. The floor, tables and chairs look like they haven't been wiped down since the shop opened and the bin was overflowing with trash the which is quite concerning considering that we are still in a pandemic.

I absolutely love pretzels and came here for the first time. My 3 cheese pretzel was absolutely delicious. It was freshly made in front of me (you can watch them make it through the glass window).
The two staff members were polite and friendly.
$6 for a large sized cheese pretzel is good value.
I ended up eating two of them.

The pretzels here are the best I have ever had.
Super fresh, worth waiting for this made to order delight.
The sauce is such good quality, presentation is on another level and the place is pretty and happy!
Definitely coming back soon

We tried cookies and cream and nutella. Yes those babies are fresh from the oven. Nice texture and generous amount of sauce. Also cute place to have a break with besties!

I had the cookies and cream and it is so yummy! They were freshly baked and the set-up wherein we can see the staff make our food is awesome. I will try more flavours soon but Cookies & Cream is one of the best!

Can management please arrange some bags for people ordering takeaway, staff telling customers no bags and some people have to carry 3-4 pretzels at a time in the boxes which becomes difficult. Not everybody eats in.

We had a salted and a Nutella. The Nutella was loaded with plenty of sauce, and the dough was so yummy with simple salt.
