Delicious food and amazing choices. The only down fall is the place was absolutely filthy and there were hair balls and old food all over the tables and floor and in the plants.

Ordered and was told 10 to 15 minute wait time, was 25 mins.
Place is filthy, and have been a few times now and it's never clean.

Staff wear masks under their chin or only over mouth.not good enough

Wait was ridiculously long considering they had three people on and hardly any customers. They were all playing on their phones and messing around, no wonder the wait time is so long.

The pretzels are made to order so they are always fresh there's waiting involved but it is so worth it. Pretzels are best eaten right out of the oven anyway! Love the aesthetic of this place so much too!

LOVE coming here! This was our team’s favourite place to get goodies from during a long lockdown last year.
Can’t go wrong with the garlic & three cheese pretzel, it is literally HEAVEN.
Would not recommend if you’re short on time as wait times are a little long. However, perfectly understandable when you’re getting freshly made hot pretzels!

We had the Cookies & cream, Peanut butter & Oreo; and Biscoff Crunch. Biscoff was best, followed by Cookies & Cream. The venue was cute, obsessively pink. It had a giod vibe.

The pretzels are so yum but the waiting time is ridiculous and unrealistic. Hope the management solve this problem.

Super glad Pretzel opened a branch in Westfield Doncaster last year in November 2020. I've visited this branch 4 times so far and always soo enjoyable. These freshly baked to order pretzels are soo soo delicious and highly addictive! The size of the pretzel is almost like a meal.

The Cheese and Garlic is so heavenly, it’s like eating garlic bread. Just need a little more garlic butter flavour and some melted cheese on top would be so perfect!

The Lot is like having a pizza, flavoursome pepperoni, jalapeno & bacon with parmesan cheese. If the toppings were smaller size, then it be easier to enjoy all the flavours together in one bite.

Love the Cinnamon Glazed with generous amount of cinnamon and loaded with yummy cream cheese glaze!

My ultimate favourite is Biscoff Crunch! The sauce, the crunch, the flavour! Soo delicious. Sweet treats paradise right here peeps!

Be warned - these are seriously addictive. Made to order so it can be a bit of a wait, especially if there’s already a queue, but it’s so worth it and you really must eat these straight away for maximum deliciousness. “The Lot” and Biscoff are my favourite but I’m still working my way through their whole menu!

Great product my kids love it. BUT seriously 25 minutes to get our order. Kids will be having maccas next time. Staff oblivious to any urgency

Great place to kill time, if you are not rushing, waiting time can be 15 minutes or more for your order to be served.
A good place to hang out and catch up with friends for long periods of chatting.
Pretty laid back ambiance making it a social media feed worthy.
Price is just right not so expensive not so cheap either.

Little bit of room after dinner? This light and fluffy dessert is the moveee!
Tiny wait on a busy night but that assures you it’s fresh from the oven.

Pretzel places aren't that common so was excited to see one here but was disappointed in the results. Despite a 10 minute wait for a fresh salted pretzel there was not much of a salted taste. There was no evidence of salt crystals on top so maybe it's not what I expected. The low contrast pink menu doesn't help readability.

My boys absolutely loved Pretzel they had cheese pepperoni and Nutella
They are made fresh and lots of options too. If you haven’t been you definitely have to check them out. The pretzels are absolutely delicious

My friend suggested we try Pretzel for dessert, and I cannot express how good it was! Literally hit the spot, and very aesthetically pleasing. Perfect for the gram. It’s located within Doncaster shopping centre and it’s this cute joint up top, definitely recommend trying it.

Tho, for the peanut flavour make sure you absolutely love peanut butter before getting it.

Pretzel? It’s just hot bread with whatever topping you choose. Sorry but just learn how original pretzel are two stars is for lovely set up and pink colour

After a big early dinner stumbled on this pretzel place. I'm not so much into pretzels but curious to see the attractive pink decor they have. When you order they make it from scratch so waiting time was 5 minutes as it wasn't busy. It tasted so good in my opinion it tasted more like a donut. Really yummy.

Delicious! Better than I hoped! They are baked fresh and so generous with the toppings which really makes the difference adding that moistness! We got cinnamon sugar cream cheese and cookie butter!

Poor service.more than 25 minute wait. No professionalism, no cleaning between customers.a lot to be desired.no plans to visit again

Love the super cute, pastel pink design! We came here for dessert and ordered three of their sweet pretzels. The pretzels here are actually super good - they texture is perfect! But the sweet ones were a little bit too sweet for us (we still finished them nonetheless). Will definitely be back to try their savoury pretzels!
