The boys at Bose in St Kilda are awesome. Took my Bose system in with 4 cds stuck inside and expecting to have to send off for major repair. Within 5 mins Evan had it opened, cds removed and Greg making me a great coffee while I waited.
No charge, super friendly service amid major renovation works going on.
I'll certainly be coming back to buy my Xmas present for myself right here.

The staff at St Kilda are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with nothing seeming to be too much trouble. This kind of customer experience is quite exceptional and it has been very much appreciated. I could mention names, Greg, Paul, Evan.but everyone I've dealt with has been 1st rate. The customer support helpline is also of the same highly professional, competent and friendly standard. Totally recommend this store.

Upgraded my B&O system recently. Had a great experience with Paul and Dan. Paul was very helpful, professional and has indepth product knowledge. We had a few challenges integrating my B&O CD player to the Beolab 18 but Dan was extremely patient and professional in getting this done. (He even turned up on a Saturday!). All done now and very happy with the professionalism shown by both Paul and Dan.

I've been to Premium Sound St Kilda twice now and both times have walked away informed and happy with my purchases. The staff are pleasant, patient and offer exactly the type of service you expect when buying high end products.

Friendly staff, and plenty of stock. Some of the displays need a little bit of love, but that's no big deal.
