Premium Sound - Bang & Olufsen, Bose, Sonos, Loewe

I have tried to be nice and patient but the pre owned turntable that was supposedly serviced and check by a qualified Bang & Olufsen tech arrived and the platter wasn’t level and 33” records scraped. They said it was tested in store and tried to deflect. I didn’t get a straight answer until I asked if they had tried a 33” when I found out they had only played 45’s. Also I can’t see how it could have played well if the platter wasn’t level. The stereo image would have been skewed one way due to different pressures on the stylus.
They (multiple different people at the store) asked me many times if I had released the transport screws which of course I had.
Finally they agreed to take it back and repair it.
It has just been returned to me with new scratches. Missing cables that I sent it back with and a bit of broken plastic just sitting on the platter.
During the process I asked them to keep me up to date with what was happening. Just a call or email to say they’ve got it, identified the problem and it’ll be repaired etc. Common courtesy I’d have thought. Only once did I get a call and that was after I pushed hard for information.
So now I’m sitting here looking at a turntable that I can’t test/play without the appropriate cables. A broken bit that god only knows what that’s from plus some additional scratches. And given their lack of contact through this process I am stressing, wondering if I’ll even get a call back to advise me what they intend to do.
Edit - Thought I’d take the plunge and release the transport screws just to see and lo and behold, the platter still isn’t flat and it still scrapes.
I am a Bang & Olufsen fan. Have been for many years but I’m not a fan of this particular dealer.
I finally received a call back after an hour and they are just going to give me money back. Which sounds like a good outcome but it’s not for me. I still don’t have the turntable. The service has been appalling with their lack of service & communication.
Would be 1 star but they did ship it quickly both times so 2 stars.

Premium sound are nothing less than amazing. I've reluctantly asked them to do things with my order, they happily accepted. Bang & Olufsen is simply class, the sound notes are simply above the rest, and will happily come back for service. Thankyou

I ordered my Sonos Arc from this store which was much cheaper than any chain stores. I met the guys at store which were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommended this place if you are looking for any sound system, having questions or may even make a phone call to ask the best prices.

Rob, Jonathan and staff are excellent. They recently helped me out with a motorised stand for my Beovision 14. Which didn't last long because it soon went up on the wall with a wall stand they also hooked me up with. Thank you for your help.

I placed an order of the Audio Pro Addon C10 as it was on special. Then it was out of stock for the white colour so I called twice to check on my order. The store then offered a free upgrade to the newest version C10 MKii and it was delivered within a week. Pretty happy but would have been better if they could give me an update regarding my order. Overall still happy with experience and customer service. Btw, the speaker sounds awesome compared to my Bose Minilink!
