Unreal customer service! I bought a soundbar for my TV then a friend came over and showed me how to hook up my other speakers to the TV. I called the store on the off-chance I could simply cancel the order before it had been dispatched. Rob was so helpful and advised it had been dispatched but I could simply return it to the store since I live in Melbourne, but he would see if he could also stop the delivery direct with the courier too. Next day i received an email to state that my order had been reversed and refunded. This was based on one call, no fuss, no chasing just amazing personal service. Cannot recommend enough.

A great team over at Premium Sound. I pre-ordered a pair of Bose NC 700s in Black from these guys on 19 Aug 2019 that were due to start shipping out on 29 Aug 2019.

I didn’t notice that I opted to pick them up instore. They were on the ball and noticed my mistake. They proactively rang me up a few minutes after I ordered to clarify whether I wanted it delivered to my home or not.

Premium Sound had my parcel shipped out a few days before the expected ship date. They were sent out on 27 Aug 2019 and I had them in my hands the following morning on 28 Aug 2019.

These guys move quick! The headphones were beautifully and safely packaged in a sturdy, reasonably sized cardboard box.

Also, their prices are very competitive. Honestly better to buy from these guys than directly from Bose!

Ordered some replacement grilles for a B&O speaker. Although cheap by the standards of most of the stuff sold at Premium Sound and a total pain to source they put in a ton of leg work, kept me up to date on how it was all going and even delivered them for free. Cannot praise them highly enough
