Great timezone and space in general. No broken machines, great variety and token machines the kids loved

One of the better Timezones and arcades in Melbourne in terms of game diversity and range. Also has better prizes to exchange for tickets then some other Timezones.
Busy during school holidays as expected so expect a line due to COVID number restrictions

A lot more games have been added, great venue, team member Emily went above and beyond with customer service with a friendly smile, would be great to see a lot more of this service!

Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Always quite entertaining; although prizes can do with from time to time updating, and claw games prize payout % to somewhat not be so unfairly (rigged) set.
Other thn that, usually never leave much disappointed after gaming session!

Yo Timezone, change out your claw machines. The lion King ones have been in there July 19 when the movie came out. 2 years is probably long enough don't you think? It's bad enough your machine pay out rate is 50% less than when Playtime owned this venue or 75% less than independent machines, lead alone stocking with 2 year old toys. In the words of the great Rodney Rude. "Change it, change it, f$%#*ng change it!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with a member of your staff named Charnè. What a lovely and caring person. Reallly made our day! It was my partner Matteo's birthday and we couldn't thank her enough for making it one to remember. Definately an asset to timezone: D

Great place for a bit to unwind or just play some games. Plenty to choose from and heapsnof prizes available. Staff are great and really help out when you are having trouble or have any questions. The inly downside is when I got my favourite games always seem to be out of order.

Tayla was absolutely amazing at Timezone today. My kids had a wonderful time? She was so helpful, friendly and went beyond the standard customer service. We will be back. Thank you Tayla for a wonderful day.

We had a birthday party for my son. His friends and him had a great time. This is largely due to our party host Chante.

Chante was great with all the kids and has helped lift the burden from us as parent. Thank you Chante for all the help. It is very much appreciated.

My kid loves to come here and play around for a while whenever we go to Highpoint. The place got enough things to do to keep children engaged and have fun.

Great place for a date, take the kids, always come here to just burn some time and my daughter loves the game selection.
Staff were nice enough, good recommendations for my membership card and love the basketball game here.

Nice and shiny until you look a little deeper. Way too many machines out of order or not working. Paid for an hour's unlimited games for my kids, and literally half of the machines they were interested in playing were out of order or half busted. Another new machine which they were meant to have been able to play, they couldn't because "they needed a tech out to link them to the yellow" or something. Too many of the games feel like an introduction to gambling (pokies) also which didn't sit comfortably with me.

Won't be back.

A bit expensive per game. Especially when you pay 8x $2.20 in a lollies game that gives you NOTHING! I also noticed that often the games doesn't work and they get away with it if you don't complain.

Fun place to take the kids. A little pricey but fun all the same. Pity they don't have actual video games such Street fighter etc. Very helpful staff too!

The place is good, but i think the games were more, the time is shorter than before, and the presents are kind lame according to the points that you need to get them

Used to be a good place for birthdays and parties, but i find it very expensive$2 for less them a minute play in some cases. I pay$ 50 for the card got $20 credit but didn't last long because each game only last me a minute. I think it was a ripp off.

We visit with our daughter, we have had to cut down on the visits as it can get expensive but for a hot day or a rainy day it's a great distraction.

Horrible experience! The young girl hired to represent the company has no idea of basic human customer service! We asked for a cup of water for my son and they wouldn’t offer a simple cup of tap water, instead she asked us to go to the store outside! What kind of world do we live in? Very sad indeed! Imagine if there was a medical emergency!

Open till late? I went yesterday, most of the shop close, but there still a lot people in there.

Had fun.machines eat your balance so quick.some machine doesn't work and take ur balance.they need to help using these cards.
