Playtime Highpoint

Nice venue and friendly staffs in general, however I didn't get a chance to try out the maimai due to a player named Traxeri never let people who were waiting to play and skipping them. It will be great to let everyone have a try on the game instead of skipping others that were on the queue and waiting for it.

My daughters 8yr old Birthday party was a hit, largely due to the enthusiasm, high energy and sincere effort of the Timezone host Charne. From the moment we arrived the 11 children responded amazingly to her bubbly, fun personality and she made each child feel like it was their birthday too! I was especially impressed with her attention to detail and the effort towards children who may have special needs to accomodate them so they felt included. For a party at a franchise business it felt uniquely tailored to my own child and her friends. I’m so glad my daughter had Charne to help her celebrate, thanks so much!

We had so much fun at this timezone, not only because of the great arcade games but the lovely Charne who works here! I met her in the car park when we were looking for the entrance closest to timezone (we are not from Melb). Charne was super friendly and walked us all the way to timezone and gave us tips about what was where etc. During our time at timezone a couple of our toddlers had a melt down and Charne came over and talked with them and got them to hug it out- Seriously she is so so nice and made our visit such a joy! All the staff were friendly and good with kids but she was obvs the stand out. Thank you so much for giving our kids a great day out! It's people like you who really make people smile <3 Highly recommend coming to this timezone!

We love going to Timezone Highpoint, the staff are always lovely and the games are fantastic! If you’re looking for some fun, no matter how old you are, this is the place!
However on our most recent visit we had one of the staff members named Charné assist us, she was honestly so kind and wanted nothing more than to help us! Hats off to her, such great customer service!

Arcade with lots of games, you are sure to find something you like.

My friend and I went for a late night arcade session and were really happy with our experience. Charné was amazing with her service and super friendly! We will be going back purely for her customer service:)

Had an awesome time with the kids and Charne was a sweetheart she always keen to help out and spoilt the kids.kids loved her. Will come back for sure!

Brings back good childhood memories.
The renovations they made here are excellent, looks like a slightly smaller version of the Arcade at Kingpin Crown. Prices here are good as well, most games are either $2.20 or $2.50.

Decent game selection and would recommend this arcade if you're in the western suburbs.

My son had his 10th birthday party this past Saturday. Arrived at venue was greeted by Charne and Crystal who were in charge of all the birthday activities and guests from arrival to the end they were helpful, caring, curtious just fantastic. Due to covid Charlie's guests were no where near the numbers we had invited. But with them there it didn't matter Charne and Crystal made the day all about him start to end. Even looked after me! Amazing job I will be recommending them to everyone! Timezone should recognise that you are both assists to the company.

First time visiting Timezone at the highpoint location with my wife and kids and it was one of the best experiences at this particular venue, the customer service i received went above and beyond my expectations, there was plenty of staff to assist with any issues and concerns I had and very friendly and kind to my two young boys aswell.
I wanted to especially shout out to Charne and her partner that were working at the front counter, there service was a 10/10.
I hope on my next visit the to young girls are on shift they were amazing, venues like this need to appreciate the staff that go beyond the general customer services.

Ideally located in Highpoints Entertainment Prescinct, if its fun and entertainment you want, then Timezone is the place to go to.
Lots of Colorful games for everyone to enjoy and a Party Zone were families can celebrate kids birthdays.
The Staff are also very welcoming and provide a friendly Service.

They ask for vaccine proof. Such a shame. Could you please refer your customers to the law and regulations wich will gives you and local government the power of stopping unvaccinated/ vaccinated customers entering your centre because they do not want their medical privacy be easily violated? !

Probably what I consider, an overrated Timezone. First of all, why aren't half the machines working when I went? Even when I were to call up attendants to fix them, it broke down immediately after I tried to play it. Despite all of my best efforts, I just cannot put up with selfish customers refusing to let me play a certain game. Oh and did you know they have nothing unique?

Very disappointing update to hear that people from the age of 12 and 2 months cannot go inside and play games unless they are fully vaccinated. I am 3 weeks away from getting my second vaccine. These changes have made a difference as we used to go a lot and this was supposed to be my treat for getting my first vaccine. It would have been nice to receive this update given that I am a V. I. P customer and had just made a purchase of $100 and will not be getting my money back for now.

Thank you for providing an update on the new vaccination restrictions. As disappointing as it was not to receive an email notifying me of these changes given that other establishments have, I’m just curious as to why half the patrons that walk through your door don’t need to wear a mask. I understand completely if they have an exemption, but I don’t see anyone asking them that. Is it not true that Covid can also be passed between fully vaccinated people as well and if so, is that not putting your other patrons at risk. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review.

We went with our 2 kids and the service was exceptional. My daughter ran up to the counter to ask how to play some of the games and Charné literally came out and took the time to show her each game with enthusiasm and joy. In a world of terrible service and grumpy attitudes, Charné is a ray of sunshine!
