I had a good experience from Timezone, the customer service was beyond amazing especially from the staff Kareen.

I visited Timezone Highpoint about 2 months ago to claim my platinum card birthday reward credits that were not showing up on the app. The staff was unhelpful and told me that I should contact their support. Which was about as helpful as you would think.

Today I decided to enquire at the front desk again, after noticing this one worker greeting me with the brightest, most energetic smile. He was able to add the missing credits to my account despite the internal software bug with the help of what I could only assume to be his equally enthusiastic manager.

Jonnah, you are the epitome of customer support. Thank you so much for your help today and making my day a little brighter than before. I would happily visit the venue again just for the superfluous customer support.

Kareen is a nice and friendly staff in the Timezone high point; she helped client to solve technical issue during the playing big claw tickets machine and to make it playable;
And the playing environment is tidy and clean; Highly recommended family to visit this Timezone site.

Had my sons 7th birthday party here with Esha & Viv hosting. The kids all had so much fun and we were well looked after and accommodated. I’d highly recommend a party here.

Avery was so helpful and friendly. She even showed me a cool magic trick. Staff are so bubbly and energetic! Definitely want to come back over and over again. Great array of rhythm games too

I've been going to TZ-Highpoint for a long time now, and it's always a great feeling when the staff recognise individuals who are regulars! Many thanks and kudos to attitudes and work ethics of Jonah, Isabelle and Jade for helping me with any issue when anything goes wrong, and for making each time my friends and I go there a great experience.

My kids and I we had the best time. They really enjoyed everything. And the staff are super friendly.can’t wait to come back

Jamal was a great host, he was very good with the kids, we had a big group (18 kids) and he managed them well!
The party room was very clean too.

I was served by Wade and Bridget at the front counter, and their customer service skills were amazing! They explained the timed arcade to me and my friend and we had a really nice chat:) kudos to these guys for being so friendly

Excellent customer service. Came here a few times in the past with family but today I came to redeem my Monopoly voucher for free 30 minutes play and ran into some problems with my Timezone card. Jamal resolved this for me in a quick and efficient way but I didn't get around to thanking him afterwards so I decided to write this review. Shout out to my homie Jamal, give that man a raise.

I had a wonderful time at Timezone Highpoint. Came in with my daughter recently and haven't been to one of these places in years! The venue was clean and the staff were incredibly helpful! Cant wait to return.

We loved coming here! Me and my partner had a wonderful time with the claw machines, got lots of plushies:) One of the staff members, Jade, was even so kind as to let us swap out when we got doubles. Best new years gift ever! Staff were so friendly too:)

Isabelle and Jade helped me with an issue my card was having. I loved how quick they were to fix it, and they even gave me some free games! I also found how good having the app was, definitely coming back here!

Love going to Highpoint Timezone especially when Em. M, Brooke, Avery or Alex are on because they have the most welcoming and helpful personalities. My son loves coming in to play some games and get his choc banana lollipop
