Brought my motorcycle in which I consider my baby due to some issues that needed to be rectified as it needed to be chucked on the dyno, I was told Platinum Motorcycles was the way to go as they do a bloody good job and to ask to speak with Louie.

I then decided why not give it a major service and put on some new shoes for her as it was due in the next coming 1000kilometers anyways.

Recieved the bike back and felt better than new no joke, and I got the bike at just under 4000km. All issues was rectified. Top quality service. Whatever the boys at platinum did to the bike made it feel brand spanking new.

These guys went above and beyond to bring my son’s bike back to life after we rode it into a creek and hydraulic seized it. They pulled it down to find a bent crank shaft and subsequent cracked barrel. They called me in to witness the damage first hand and we sat down and discussed some different options to get the costs to meet my budget. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.

These guys certainly know there thing and are genuinely good guys. Danny and Louie explain things to you so there is no confusion. Would definitely recommend taking your pride and joy to them. You will have to book as they are very busy.

Great guys, identified a few items, that could become issues on my bike. Have me some info/choices on how to deal with them. Not pushy sales at all. Even cleaned my bike after the service. Will be back

Good service however one of my handle bar clamps was slightly askew. To correct this it appears the mechanic has used pliers to wrench it over which has dug into the metal and severely scratched the clamp.

Louis and Danny promptly arranged to replace both clamps at my convenience and were extremely professional and friendly doing so.

Went for a RWC for my bike. By far the best mechanic I've dealt with ever.

Lou and the team promptly looked over my bike and were very professional and made every effort to make it quick.

Will definitely be recommending these guys to my mates!

Thank you platinum, your suspension set up has transformed my mt10. I'd tried myself many times, then my regular mechanic had a go. One of the boys in the shop was "into" racing and gave it a tweak. Still felt wobbly on the turn in and would run wide. I had no confidence in it.

After Louie's tune, set up sag with me on it, I noticed the change 50 m out of the garage. Felt super stable and wobble gone. Tips into a corner beautifully and confidence is back.

Best $85 I've spent on the bike.

I walked into Louis garage, and he got up from his seat to shake my hand and greet me, how often do you get that these days? I proceed to explain that I needed a RWC on my scooter and he promptly advice me. I booked it in, got the job done and everything went smooth.
