Great to deal with these guys.very helpful.took my details and listened to my issues on my R1 and made sure the right person calls me back to book in for the Dyno - End results - Great work from the team to fix a dyno issue I had from the previous place I did the Dyno. My r1 rides much smoother. Highly recommend Louis.

As a first time bike owner/rider I had no idea what to do when I got a screw in my rear tire, these guys were so helpful not only did they fix my tire at a really good price but also adjusted my clutch, oiled my chain and showed me how to do the basics check over the bike, love it when I get good friendly service definitely b back

Took my 600RR in for a roadworthy and this is by far the best shop I have gone too in Melbourne. Price was more reasonable than other shops, Staff were really nice and down to earth and the RWC was done in about an hour including a brake res flush, super happy with services and wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. Thanks Guys!

Decent price up-front but felt like I was stiffed slightly with additional expenses on the bill at the end. Good customer service from the staff, but the owner / main mechanic is not the nicest person you'll meet. Got the job done reasonably satisfactorily.

Platinum managed to fit me in for a new set of tyres at short notice when I was unable to find anywhere else. Provided a great service, including discovering the front wheel bearing were completely collapsed, despite a recent major service at a Ducati dealer, which they repaired with spares on hand to get me back on the road. Can't speak highly enough of these guys, very helpful and reasonable cost. Will definitely be back.

Needed a roadworthy for my bike, gave them a ring and everything was quick and easy.the crew is super friendly and will take care of all your bike needs. The pricing was very fair, definitely will be coming back

To date, I have taken my Yamaha R6 to Platinum Motorcycles to get a base dyno run, custom dyno tune and flash tune, new tyres fitted and suspension setup for the track.
I cannot recommend Louis and the team at Platinum enough. My bike preforms flawlessly and always leaves their workshop better than before.
They provide top quality and professional service, great communication, they're reasonably priced and most important, trustworthy advice and workmanship. Which is something rare in the automotive industry and that's why I had to leave this review.

These guys are great, I used to go to the other side of the CBD to get any motorbike work done now I'll use Platinum. My bike had been sitting a while and was running rough, they serviced and checked over the bike finding some bad plugs. Also had a set of tyres fitted while in for work. Superb service and very professional. When I came into pickup the bike it was being cleaned before handover. Quality all the way, thanks guys:)

Very happy with the service i received at Platinum today, called to see if i could get my brakes flushed.when i arrived they stopped what they were doing and attended to my bike right there and then.not even 20 minutes later i was back on the road riding and didn't burn a hole in my pocket.

Having been involved in the service industry for over 25 years and having a high standard of expectation, unfortunately front line customer service in this day has deteriorated do an abysmal level across the state.
I was recommended to PLATINUM by a friend, as i have had rotten luck and bad workmanship from the previous (so called) motorcycle technicians that have worked on my bikes.
Well it is great to know that there still are some people out there that deliver way more than they have to!
John was a delight to deal with and explained the process involved and Louie (the proprietor) actually took the time and came to my premises and rectified a fault that was of my doing, at no charge!
Outstanding in all ways gents.
Needless to say i will be returning to PLATINUM for all maintenance on my bike in the future.

Very friendly and professional. These guys know what they are doing. And happy to help you if you are in trouble. I got a puncture in my rear tyre and they dropped everything to help me immediately.

I'm a relatively new customer. Have had my BMW R 1150 GS into these guys a couple of times. Last time was for a major service and a couple of issues needing to be addressed. My bike has never run so well and they did an amazing job tuning the bike up. Louis provides very honest and professional customer service had a very good price. Only thing is he could dust up his boxer starting skills a little bit:) :)

I was moments away from clicking "pay" on an American website which promised to deliver a new carb and modified head for my motorbike. Total cost was $1100 delivered. My logic got the better of me and I decided to rule out one more possibility and followed some internet forum advise and called Louie at Platinum to assist in solving some fuelling issues I'd been having with my 2017 TE300.

First thing he did was to tell me to slow my row. No need to spend silly money on things that may not even solve my problem. Bring in the bike, let him and the boys give it a once over, and then make the decisions to splash the cash.

Long story short, I needed a new clutch and carb tune. I didn't know I needed the clutch. The boys managed to have me sorted for the long weekend and the bike feels like a different beast. Prices were industry standard and very fair.

Very happy customer and highly recommend this business!

Louis and the team are fantastic. Professional, great eye for detail, awesome communication and outstanding value for the services they offer. Got my bike back and couldn't be happier. Dyno tuning was perfect. Little things were adjusted without being asked. I'll be getting all servicing and tyres from these guys too in future.
