I brought my Majesty 400 in pretty bad conditions and at the beginning I found the owner a bit aggressive telling me off about the scooter had basically no oil (he was right). Anyway, my overall experience was amazing, the communication and the respond was prompt, they always call you or contact you my email keeping updated of everything is happening on your scooter.
I went to pick up the afyer couple of days and as soon as I got home there was something very wrong with the oil temperature very hight.
Was kind of late at night and I sent an email explaining everything.
The owner called me apologising and the same night came to my house, picked up my scooter, fixed, and brought it back the next day, once again explaining by email what happened and what he have done! THIS IS HOW YOU CALL SERVICE!
Anyway, the scooter is back to new!

Great job on checking valve clearances and getting my 2014 BMW GS1200LC to idle and run much better. Louis "tunemaster" resolved the poor idle and snatchy throttle.
Roadworthy, brake fluid flush, new Pirell tyre fitted. Minor issue with spongy rear brake sorted also.

Really happy with the work performed on the bike. Excellent customer service I will highly recommend them.

I can't thank the team at platinum motorcycle for helping me out with my rear shock on my yamaha wr450f and I also picked up some spare parts very reasonably priced I wouldn't go anywhere else

I was on the road travelling and rang the guys and even tho they were booked out for weeks they fit me in the next day to fit a set of tyres on for me! A great bunch of guys, very helpful and much appreciated the help getting me back on the road.
Would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Recently picked up my R6, was in having a service, tune, and woolich package put on.
Before I took it in it was one of the smoothest feeling bikes I have ever ridden, but was a bit jerky going off-on throttle as most Euro 5 models are. Tune has sorted that out, and somehow made the rest of the power band even smoother with a fair increase all the way through. Good service from start to finish. Don't be afraid to ask any questions, the more the better; the teams real friendly and are happy to help.

Around the motorcycle community it has a great reputation.ive never been here before but after seeing the reviews I decided to give them a go. I put my ninja 650 in for a service and new tires and now know why they have the rep they do. Great customer service and top quality bike service. Would highly recommend!

Professional and friendly team. I brought my Indian Scout bike for a RWC. They got the job done professionally and smoothly despite being fully booked. If you need a RWC, bike service or any repairs, I highly recommend this place.

Took my 2002 xjr1300 in for routine service including carby tune and suspension adjustment. This is the first time I have serviced here and have to say the guys have done a fantastic job. The bike runs and rides better than ever. The technicians attention to detail is actually surprising - over and above my expectations. Well done.

I had my Suzuki GSXS1000F worked on by Louis & his friendly team which was an ECU flash & full suspension upgrade.

I can not recommend them enough as their work transformed my bike.

I got my road bike have it's major service here and from the outset they were happy to go through what work was needed and its pricing in detail. After the work was completed the mechanics go through in detail what they've done and what still needs to be done in the future.

I was introduced to Platinum through an exhaust install and dyno for my new R1, during this the team was able to bring forward pre existing issues lingering from my previous mechanic which were bringing about issues I had no idea about. The team is knowledgeable, professional and carry a true passion for what they do. Looking forward to returning for further maintenance and modifications, thanks guys!

This is the best motorcycle mechanic / repair shop in Melbourne for road or off-road motorbikes.

I took my 2005 KTM 300 to them, the bike was not running properly when I dropped it off. (Most stores would turn you away)

Louis the owner and lead mechanic, worked day and night, troubleshooted every single option possible to find the problem with my bike and updated me weekly on progress, he was always extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient.

Louis managed to fix my bike, give it a full run through, service, suspension setup, carb tune and bottom end crank repair.

I can highly recommend Platinum Motorcycles for all your bike servicing needs. I will only trust them with my bike and will continue to support them and spread the word about this awesome business to all my mates.
