Pizza Hut Parkmore

Took 1.5 hours to deliver and was missing an item and freezing cold. Worst part is you can’t get through on the phone to get it fixed! Not happy.

Absolutely appalling kitchen. Your kitchen is direct line of sight to when a customer orders/pick up.

It is dirty, benches have rubbish, floors have scraps and rubbish. I walked out without ordering after seeing how appalling this is!

Parkmore store is not upto Pizza Hut standards. Have ordered twice from Pizza Hut Parkmore and it was never upto expectations. We usually go to Pizza Hut on Springvale Road and always order the same and it’s always amazing. However, last two times from Parkmore one was not even comparable. Not enough toppings. Feels like I am mainly eating baked pizza bread only. No other taste. Either overcooked or not properly cooked. Not happy at all.

Had a pizza and pasta for lunch today. The pizza was good but the pasta was average. They also have the dine in option and customer service was good. I recommend their pizza but not the pasta.

First time purchasing Pizza Hut in Parkmore. The order arrived 30 minutes late after requesting a specific delivery time. Called to get an ETA and got put on hold for sometime (not with the direct store). The quality of the pizza was not great and lacked much flavour. This was not a great experience and won’t be convincing me to return anytime soon.

Absolute joke that there is a SUNDAY SURCHARGE. Especially for pick up. Support your local pizza place, not these thieves.

Parkmore pizza hut is the worst ever.
The last 5 times I've went they never had deep pan and it was 6.30pm. And they never have the family plan and every time the u order the guy serving has to look back and ask if they have it or not. The staff at this location r just shifty and lazy and r just there for the pay it seems.

Rather go across the road for Jessie's pizza. Closes early before normal closing times and tight on toppings. Very disappointed experience.

Worse pizza ever I tried pizza hut. Lack of toppings, pizza base no taste at all. I don’t recommend Pizza Hut for anyone

Yummmmmmmmm, best pizza ever, the crust underneath the pizza base people, hello! And around the top edge of the crust, mmmm, try it, PLEASE and you'll luv that gentle crunch that they create as you bit into the fluffy yet crisp dough, the only pizza that you can enjoy eating the crust on, nothing chewy here guys it's pure perfection, if you haven't had pizza hut in years then you must go there, I'm so glad I tried it again over a year ago, I now get it every Saturday, There pepperoni is perfect, doesn't burn your mouth out, it's so lovely, oh now I have to go get pizza, thanks, no really thankyou!

Pizza getting less and less topping, I use to work for pizza hut in the 90's that's when pizza hut was the best pizzas with heavy topping.

Worst Pizza Hut ever.no toppings at all. We ordered 2 large pizzas, received wrong pizza and just felt like eating flavored bread without any toppings. I would never recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. Will never ever buy any pizza from this place. I rather eat a bread toast instead

I can understand that you were closing soon, i ordered at 10: 32 n picked up at 10: 45, but it was not cooked properly, worst experience

We are vegetarians and we love the vegetarian pizzas of this store specially.
We always go with deep pan as it tastes better then normal but it's personal choice.

I always order pizza from Pizza Hut. Their pizza is really delicious. Their toppings level is always adequate and uhmmm their Hersheys Cookie. Yum. They have a nice staff which always treat politely amd provide best deals. Will reckon to everyone.

Ordered from here a dozen times. It's always good. Once they mucked it up. But I called and told them and next time they gave me a freebie. Just picked up pizza for the fam and tonight they gave me a free garlic bread. Thanks guys! 4 stars

Poor customer service & no respect.

Order was delivered minus ribs, told the driver and he told me i was wrong. Tried to call the store and the number didn't connect. Rang the national number, spoke to a call centre and they couldn't contact the store either.

It used to be good but base of the pizza isnt that good ever since the new management took over.

Bad twenty minutes late forgot the cheesy potato bites in triple dippers also the phone number on online receipt for store is disconnected also missing sweet chili sauce got two tomato sauces instead so very angry worse then last time that didn't answer phone last time now to be disconnected bad business
