Pizza Hut Parkmore

Worst delivery and service ever. We were told our pizzas were delivered however we never received them. Obviously went to another address however the manager was so adamant it came he wasnt even apologetic about it. By the way it took us almost 30 mins to get through to them via the call centre as they never answer the phone so we could even let them know we never got our order. They remade them and sent them again so it took almost 2 hours for us to get our average made pizzas. Our apology gesture we recieved was a free bottle of coke never buying from here again.

Pizza Hut used to be good. Now the quality is below terrible. I just had my last pizza from them. It seems they’re running out of cheese and all other toppings it’s all dough and very little of anything else. They used to put a lot of cheese now they charge you extra if you want basically the same amount of cheese from before and other toppings. Very disappointing. Good bye Pizza Hut

Dont even want my refund back after how unappealing the service is. For just 1 simple pizza takes 45 minutes to not even come out. Horrible management and horrible service

Pizza Hut as a company is great but this store put a bad taste in my mouth, always late can never get through to the store no matter how long you try, very expensive pizza and toppings, worst service in any store that I have ever visited or ordered from

Pizzas are great - but the ppl who serve you are pretty dodgy… Make sure if you go to buy pizza on a Tuesday night you get it half price…. Every time we go on a Tuesday they ‘conveniently forget’! EVVVVVERY TIME we have purchase on a Tuesday they have asked for full price - then they are reminded ‘isn’t it 1/2 price on Tuesday? Their response - oh yeah I forgot?

The pizza base was terrible. Seemed like it was a month old. We ordered couple of large pizzas and could not finish even half of it.

Your standard take away pizza shop, with some ok vegan options. More vegan options would be good as well better quality ingredients. Service was good here.

Pretty good prices and serving sizes, decent flavour combinations, nice to have every now and then.

I ordered some foods from this store last night and it didn’t come to my place really dissatisfied and disappointed.never recommend this store to anyone as they don’t care about their customers.even their quality of foods were worst

Those employees are not wearing a mask at all. It is totally not safe for customers buying here.

Placed an order on August 19th via the website (Ubereats and DoorDash showed that they were still accepting orders by the way) and received a call afterwards saying that the store was closed and that I would have to wait until the following day for my refund to be processed as they had closed their POS system and that it would also take up to 5 days for my refund to go through. It’s been a week now, no refund, and after calling the store I’ve been told I would once again have to wait for the following day for the manager to put through the refund despite being told I was speaking to the manager (who told me that she would call me back, with no follow through). Seriously just want my refund.

Worst service and the quality. Pizza Hut should cancel their franchise. I have tried pizza of Pizza Hut from other location as well, but this was the worst experience with Pizza Hut of Paramore shopping centre. When ordered for double cheese, the amount of cheese was less than normal. Today I ordered traditional base but got pan fried one. Toppings are all overcooked, even burnt. Last time for this store!

I’ve eaten pizza hut pizza’s before from other stores but never had this kind of dough and bad experience I’ve had from park-more’s store
It happened twice really zero star rating to service and food

This is the worst pizza ordering experience ever.
It has taken more than 90 mins and we still don’t have our pizzas. We called their contact number which is a call centre in the Philippines 3 times, we were put on hold each time, they tried to transfer the call to the Parkmore Pizza Hut, when we did get through we were told the pizza was in its way. 30 mins later we are on the phone again to the Philippines. And got no help. - we had to drive to the store to get out money back. I suggest you avoid Pizza Hut if you are hungry, they have zero customer service.

Really really disappointed about their delivery: we placed order from 6pm and got delivered at 7.24pm, took 1.24 hours. We called back to know why it took took for them to deliver, spent almost half an hour on the phone to get through general line, a lady told us she left messages for the Parkmore store to call us back in minutes. More than one hour later still no one called us back at all.

I ordered one pizza online from store, two times my payment was declined from credit card and third time i used another card and payment was successful, when my husband went for pickup the person in the store gave him two pizzas, my husband spoke to him but he forcefully said to have to pickup two, i called to customer care about payment bcs money deduct thrice, the customer care agents not care about their app problems, then i spoke to the manager then he was also rude and not return the money for my extra two pizzas which didn’t ordered, i recommend everyone not using there app, the customer care also not listening to customer problems, i am the regular customer but not going to buy anything from this store ever in future.

Pathetic service their was a hair in my pizza left the feedback as well but did not get any respond disgusting please don't order from this store or you will get a hair in your pizza didn't spend my money to eat someone's hair.also if anyone knows where I can make an official complain about this store as this is a very big issue for me I can't let it go the can't serve if they don't know how to maintain hygiene

Food was nice and hot, however the customer service could be improved on. We were missing an item in our meal, however happy to let this go as the fresh food compensated for this.

Not up to the mark, quite disappointed by their services, they didn’t tell the customers about the offers which they are having. Very upset with the food quality as they was a long strand of hair on the pizza.

After a disappointing initial experience, Rahul from head office reached out to me and asked me to give the store another chance – I was very impressed this time around. Everything was steaming hot and fresh. The Butcher's Block pizza was generously topped with high quality, tender meats, and the Creamy Chicken & Bacon was indeed creamy, with the stuffed crust a perfect addition. The cheesy garlic bread and cheesy spud bites hit the spot.

Pizza Hut Parkmore, I'll be back! Cheers
