Pizza Hut Parkmore

I ordered the pizza online and the store suppose to close at 10 pm, but they closed at 9: 45 pm before I can pick up my pizza

I order 4 lots of 6 boneless wings, and asked for them to write which sauce is which on the box as I ordered 4 different sauces. When I got home, al of them had bones, and they didn’t write which sauce was which. I called to complain, and they were saying it’s my fault. Very arrogant if you ask me.

Garbage food and awful creepy staff - avoid, there are far better places to find pizza in this area, at a much better price

Order and paid online.

They called us and said they are not making the Pizza as they close in 15 minutes.

My partner said we have a family to feed and the Pizza Hut guy hanged up.

We tried to call back and they wouldn’t answer the call.

This Pizza Hut always has bad Customer service.

Pizza Hut used to have such good service and pizza back on the day.

Pizza Hut franchise should do proper checks on who you are franchising out too. These people are bribing your franchise and name down.

I really hope Pizza Hut reviews their Customer feedback and also do a mystery shopper to the store and experience for yourselves how bad the service is here. Then you will know exactly what the Customers have to go through.

I would actually give no stars to this Pizza Hut

Quite possibly the worst pizza ever. Well done, I didn’t realise pizza could be made with so little care and attention.

Went in on Friday night and ordered the Schnizza, was fantastic cooked well and enjoyed.

Had a few questions for the manager which were answered professionally and seems like a kind man (I cant remember his name)

I'm sitting at Pizza hut keysborough right now while writing this review. I ordered my pizza at 4.30pm and only received it at 4.55pm. It was supposed to take only 15 minutes. The staff were chatting at the back and taking their time preparing the pizza. Customer service was and is horrible. I would not come here again and would not recommend this pizza hut, keysborough at Parkmore Shopping centre.

Don't pay for extras as it's never added. Customer service is appalling. English is appalling. No apologies for incorrect order. I'd only buy here if I really need to but wouldn't come back if I have a choice.

The order was damaged and I call to complain they push me off I kept get to them telling them the pizza handle right and was really nice to see then come back with a new pizza thank you for understanding pizza hut and will come again

I bought 2 large pan pizzas but they gave me medium pizzas claiming that it is large. Not recommended.

Just bought a medium hawaiian pizza from here and it's a small and it looks and tastes like it was bought frozen from a supermarket and they forgot my drink.
Will never buy from here again.

I ordered hot and spicy chicken with no aiolli and Perri Perri sauce. I thought I might have had a change in where I get my pizza from.very bad mistake should have stayed with Domino's. The pizza was disgusting and not worth the money that I paid. The sauce was very sour and very yuck, From now on I won't be get my pizza from pizza hut. I'll be staying Faithfull to Domino's. There pizzas are the best.

I walked into this shop to order a pizza since the Springvale store is shocking, is not the same as it used to be, any way i see two staff at the pizza making area, one is playing with their hair and the other is playing with their mobile phone, i turned around and walked out, sorry pizza hut you have lost me

While waiting for my order, I was sitting just opposite the counter, where I can see the kitchen. As I was observing, they might be using kitchen gloves but they don't know the proper method for avoiding food contamination.

1) Yes, the lady making the order was wearing gloves while handling each order. BUT! After her usage of the gloves, she doesn't washed her hands in between after removing it. To add more about it, that same hands touched her face, and other areas of the kitchen. Did she washed her hands after donning a new gloves? NO! She just wore another set of gloves and started making the other batch of orders.

2) I saw a men slightly sitting/leaning on the order prepping table! How unhygienic

3) Did the other employees who handled the orders used gloves? Yes and No! Plus, again, they did not do the proper hand sanitation or even washed their hands after donning it off, even though the soap and sink was just a reached away.

4) I just read the reviews while I was waiting for my order, and the one named Marie, was telling the same thing I saw today.

5) Will I be back here again? A big NO.

P. S.

I am not, in whatsoever condemning the people working in the store, but condemning their actions towards proper food handling and basic hand hygiene and sanitation to avoid food contamination. For goodness sake! They're handling food. I may not be affected for now, but who knows what will happen in the future? Maybe not me, but how about the others?

Please PizzaHut management and it's staff, do properly imposed and follow your food handling protocols and knowledge in avoiding food contamination.

The image below shows my Father in disgust while taking a bite of Pizza Huts supreme pizza. It had one olive, a sliver of capsicum and fragments of a tomato slice.it was drowned in half melted cheese and had almost no sauce. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I just can't rate this pizza hut, cos the pizza they make from this store not very good at all. The ingredients are very dry and the base is bland.

Well that's the last time I'm going there. The service was poor and the pizza wasn't even cooked properly. The base was wet and the entire pizza was sloppy and doughy. The cheese hadn't even melted. Yuk. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Horrible service! They should change this into dominos. Parkmore Pizza hut was amazing years ago now its just bonkers with bad staff

Walked in on 30/04/2022 8pm. Empty store with 2 staff. One cleaning and other on his phone. We said hello and they did not acknowledge us. Stood there for another minute while they ignored us so we left.

Just took my pickup order …they haven’t put any sauce on my both pizzas it supposed to come with aioli upon that 3 slices of pizza wasn’t have any toppings at all.horrible
Used to be good food before but today was so annoying.side’s completely burnt.they should focus on food quality now
