Awesome work with what we had done at our place. Staff were very friendly. Only concern was the lack of communication with install dates. Overall good experience.

Last Thursday, my home was fitted with outdoor fly screen throughout. I could not be happier with the completed job, the quality of the screens are fantastic, the Customer service people at Phoenix were excellent, the gentleman that installed the screens Enrico, was amazing, polite, respectful, efficient and at all times professional. Enrico left the premises exactly as he found them, the gates closed and any mess cleaned. I am so glad that I chose Phoenix.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough, excellent customer service, great price and really good quality product. Our security doors look great and blend in with the look of our house without standing out which is exactly what we were hoping for. Def would use them again if we ever needed more work done.

We had a shower screen, wardrobe inserts & doors and a splash back installed recently. Very prompt and efficient. The fitter, Mark, was very quick and did a wonderful job. It all looks great. Thanks:)

Horrible service very poor at communication on when they were coming say they are going to come don’t show up not even a courtesy call.
When the job was finished the cleaning up by their installer was an embarrassment metal shavings everywhere even a drill bit on my door mat from doing the fly screen.
A little thing called self respect in your work is required. Would definetly not reccomd this company

We had built-in wardrobes installed by Phoenix 10 years ago - great job, including some last minute variations at time of installation.
A few weeks ago one of the door rollers gave way. Replacement provided immediately and the office even stayed open the extra 10 minutes I needed to get there on a Saturday morning to pick up the part.
Absolutely wonderful customer service all round.

Good service and competitive prices again during the busy Xmas period. This is the 4th house that we have used Phoenix and will get a quote for the next one in 2019.

Quote and measure up occurred within a day. The delivery was as scheduled. The installer showed upmost respect for person and property. Could not fault process from order to installation. Product is good and price is reasonable. I couldn't fault the service.
