Phoenix Safety Rail Melbourne - Pool Fencing, Balustrades & Security Doors Frankston & Mornington

Having replaced our treated pine decking with Ecodeck, we needed to install pool safety-compliant balustrading and a gate and also install pool fences and gates. Unlike several other specialists who were recommended by the decking people, Phoenix responded quickly to our request for quote and we were happy to give them the job. Three others didn't even respond to our requests for quotation (despite reminder calls) and another provided a quotation but ignored subsequent contact.
Due to the Covid lockdowns as well as staff and materials shortages, Phoenix were unable to start the job for some time but, eventually got going and we were delighted with the work they did and the "can do" attitude they showed to working on a difficult site. Recently, the glass security gate on the balustrading had dropped slightly and was not closing properly. An email to Phoenix was acknowledged very quickly, followed by a phone call from them and, shortly after, two members of the Phoenix team arrived to adjust the gate. All done within a few hours of our email. Great service.
It's worth mentioning too that, when the pool inspector arrived to review the work for council compliance, he was very impressed with everything and described it as a "fantastic job".

All good things from start to finish. The admin team and Tim were responsive and helpful, Enrico who installed was so polite, friendly and experienced. Very good quality and reasonably priced is always a go to. Turned out way better than I thought, from a distance you can't even see the screen so perfect for the outside view!

Unfotunately, I had an 8 month dispute with Phoenix because of their wobbly balustrade and they charged me another $1100 to rectify it. The matter is now with Vcat for mediation. Very disappointing and upsetting experience for me.

Quote for security screen door was prompt and friendly. They said it would take 2-3 weeks before installation but it was actually 4 weeks- the guy arranging the installation didn't give me many options to be home. The door is very nice, installer was great, very professional. Just a bit better communication would have been good.
