Large portions. Pork chop was delicious. Pho soup was a little bland. We also had the spring roll with vermicelli which was nice.

Pho is very good, I have been there a handful of times and every time I have been the broth has been quite inconsistent, sometimes super rich and full of flavour and other times not so much. Their portions are HUGE, great quality meat and service is good. Would recommend!

Popular pho in Footscray, long queue, fast turnover, good pho, good serve, value for money. Strongly recommend.

This place will fit you in no matter how long the line is out the door! If you have to wait - don't sorry they take your order in line and the food will be at your table within 10 minutes of sitting down. Pho is the best in Footscray and that automatically makes it the best in Melbourne of course. Bustling yet cosy at the same time and always satisfies!

Not as good before, beef is very thin just like paper, cut down so many ingredients, far far away from Viet Nam tasty. Not recommended.

Be aware they charge $1 for a small amount of hanh dam / pickled onion.

Delicious pho. They have a particular kind of black pepper sausage I've not had before. So the dac biet (no. 17 special) in addition to the usual steak, brisket, tendon, tripe and beef ball also had a big slice of black pepper sausage.

Medium dac biet was $16.

Fast, good price, and efficient service. Love that their pho comes in different sizes. Their rice noodles are silky

Fast service, decent food, large portion…but definitely have had better elsewhere. But why are they all rude? They were not happy when we asked for receipt and we needed that as we were a group of 12.

Incredible food and friendly service, despite how busy this place is. We’ve tried beef and chicken pho and both were outstanding. If you like something on a saltier side, go for the beef option. Large portion is actually large.

Caught up with some friends here recently. This place is still the best pho place in Melbourne. I've tried so many places from Springvale to St Albans and this place always hits the spot. The food always comes out super fast and they have a good selection of food, and drinks from people who are into basically any of the well known dishes from Vietnam. If you're in Footscray looking for a pho feed then you must try this place out!

Great Pho.not much else that's critically important. Efficient as hell in terms of getting your order and food arriving on the table.

Quick last minute trip to Melbourne last week. Dinner at a classic Vietnamese restaurant in Footscray with fantastic food and fast service!

Grilled pork chop with fried egg and broken rice: perfectly grilled pork. Good standard dish!

Rice vermicelli salad with grilled prawn, pork, and spring rolls: so filling and so good! Absolutely loved the prawns - can taste the smoke from the grill.

Pho dac biet: can't go wrong with this pho! Great broth ️.

Rice paper rolls: nothing special with these. Pretty decent.

This place is never quiet. Constantly busy and during lunch and dinner time, you are waiting for a table and it's worth the wait. Because once you've ordered, it's not a long wait for food.

Their Phở is delicious without fail. There are a varieties of Phở to choose from, beef and chicken or a combination of it all. There are other dishes besides Phở, there are rice dishes (I recommend the "Pork chop, fried egg, shredded pork" with broken rice dish) and different noodle dishes.

Drinks I mainly order are either the "cold white coffee with condensed milk" or "longan drink" (or the combo longan drink with mixed nuts and seaweed).

I have to mention one of the girl that works there. She is one of the main staff there that's been there for a long time. If you are a regular here, you'll know who I'm talking about. She is amazing. Fast and efficient and always working hard.

This place has done well for many many years. And I do remember when they first open in the 90s. Their first restaurant was just a few doors down to where they are now. Their current restaurant still had that modern look which hasn't aged since they moved.

Good service, but long wait for new vehicles! Everyone wants a new Mazda! Recommended for excellent service and friendly, helpful staff.

Food is just so damn good that you forget their customer service and hygiene practice need a bit of work.

We have heard so much about this place, especially their Spicy beef and pork noodle soup with extra pig trotters.

We opted for the Sliced Beef & Brisket Pho, and Sliced Chicken & Beef Pho, each $13 for the medium size.

Pho is generally served with beansprouts, herbs, chilli pepper & lime wedges on the side.

One of the ordered was incorrect, and it took a while for the right one to come. And when it was time to pay, they only accept cash. Lucky for us we had some change.

We enjoyed the pho, as the meat was well cooked, and the chicken was soft. Not sure if I’d come back again tho as the whole cash-only payment is inconvenient.

The noodle soups are ok. Spring rolls overpriced. Worst of all is the it ONLY ACCEPTS CASH. If you are a traveller without cash AVOID THIS PLACE. I had to run to a bank to withdraw cash paying 20% fee. Terrible experience.

The food is like any other sme Vietnamese restaurant and the bowl sizes were huge but the food portion itself was decent (it's about 2: 1) The staff weren't friendly or hospitable but they weren't unpleasant either. I saw some food that other people ordered and they all looked good but because everything was quite standard and nothing really stood out as different, I'm rating it 4 star.

It's not bad and not good, just aight.:)
