44I visited the shop on a weekend (Saturday) and the service was really great. Adbul was excellent he pays great attention to detail. I have not bought a suit for a number of years. I got something that was in style, affordable, was in a colour that I liked and to my measurements. PS I also got a nice discount!
Mario at 420 Bourke St store is excellent. Helped with fitting, matching etc and even recommended another store for pants. Jacket and shirt choice was perfect.
Poor customer service. They close 10-15 mins earlier than advertised. When questioned why over the phone, the were rude and hung up on me. Won’t be going back.
Great products and wonderful service. Having had a bad experience from another menswear store I tried this Peter Jackson store and had wonderful help. I would highly recommend to anyone.
