Started going to Peter Jackson at 420 Bourke St several months ago. The range has been brilliant and as a result I have now completely made over my wardrobe. Abdul has a great eye and knows what will work for you. He finally convinced me that I have been wearing clothes in the past one size too large for me and now I am wearing the right size - finally. The complements are now coming in quick and fast.

I'm not a religious person but I can say that my experience with Abdul was spiritual. Walked into 4 PJ stores in the city area recently and walked out of every one of them without a suit. Not a single blue 96s suit on the rack. No wonder retail stores are closing at a rapid rate. Rude sales guy blamed weddings and change of seasons. Not my problem. What a waste of time.

Booked an appointment for a Made to Measure appointment for myself and my partner via the internet. We both had email and SMS confirmations. Turned up to the store on Sunday, having travelled in to Melbourne, only to find out the Bourke St store is closed on Sundays. Made a complaint to head office and never received an explanation or apology. The worst customer service I have ever known, someone from their head office literally just hung up on me because I was chasing up a refund of $700 that I hadn't received and had been waiting 10 days for. The gentlemen who's name was David shouted down the phone at me "it's been paid" and then proceeded to hang up on me. We then escalated the matter to a supposed 'Director' on their online chat, who proceeded to tell me that I needed to look at my own conduct, and then also hung up the chat. The most shocking customer experience I have ever received. If I could leave zero stars I would.
