Vince given a exceptional service, he help me to find the right suit very efficiently if you want to be looked after ask for Vince you can’t go wrong.

The snide, smarmy bloke who served me here made Sam Newman look humble. After a vitrolic welcome, I tried to inquire about ties only to get a steely response. I took my business elsewhere to a friendlier store, as I recommend you do too.

This is long overdue, but approximately a year ago I got a suit from here. Matthew A provided service that was superb. He was very patient and made the entire process (from buying to altering) simple and efficient.

Highly recommended and thanks once more for all your help, Matthew and team!

I've been in business 15 years & purchased a large amount of suits in that time. My experience with Nathan was nothing short of exceptional! His colleague was on lunch and he managed to serve 3-4 customers at the same time whilst giving 10/10 service along the way. Will certainly be back to see hime again.

If you're looking to get a suit find Nathan. His service is absolutely amazing! On time promise with the tailoring as well.

However, I was served by the old man when I picked up my suits. Terrible service. Very rude and definitely not customer oriented.

Poor customer service, late with made-to-fit orders, order came in day of friends wedding when was promised weeks before.

Really well laid out store with nice looking products. Sales staff is helpful. Just have a problem with the quality of their products. A 10 tee shirt from Target will last you a lot longer.

Went with my son to buy him clothes for his 21st Birthday, after being insulted twice by the young indian man with no manners!
I walked upstairs to Godwin Charlie and dropped $2,000

Maybe if the stupid guy had of spotted my sons $12,000 Rolex Hulk Submariner, or My $10,000 Ceramic Non-Date Submariner he wouldn't have judged my disabled wife and us.

NOT IMPRESSED.

Worst experience ever
Served by John.
Ive spent nearlly $3000 this week. Way over budget in stores such as Calibre who took the time to serve me with effort.

I go into peter jackson to look at ties and shirts. I had ear plugs in my ears (to indicate im in my own world and am capable of taking care of my needs in store. I had John come over and was trying to get my attention many times but i could barely hear him. Before he decided to rest his body up on a wooden shirt stand and put his head in his palms like an absolute smug doosche bag in my line of sight and just stood there staring at me until i took out my ear plugs and acknowledged him.like what childish non sense is this?

Finally i took my ear plugs out and apologised (which i really had no need to for any reason at all) for it to be ignored as if to say he deserved it and my apology is un worthy of being acknowledged.
Finally i gave him my time for him to help me. Told him im looking for a particular shirt. He gets it and then would not stop bugging me about how i felt about it. (now i - every shop does this.but whatever it was his attitude that bothered me and not the persistent nagging of an old bitter house wife)

I then moved on to look at ties the 2 for $99 and im searching searching - John comes back over to ask me about the shirt again. I tell him i need ties now.im still thinking about the shirt.hense why im looking at ties now. Showed him which ones im looking for from off the website page and he finally after 5mins tries to find it and couldnt.
In the end i just keep looking for my back up preferences.
I spend ages ages looking at ties and shirts trying to put togeather combinations - finally i asked John for his expertise advise ****5times**** to which his only response was - "what you have there works well"
I finally got blunt which him and laughed in dis belief and told him "you clearly arent listening.i said can you put a tie and shirt combo togeather and show me some so i can buy them consider them and buy them.to which he still couldnt.finally someone else brings a shirt over for me and he goes and gets a tie for the shirt his coworker broughts over.i said beautiful and got it. And asked him for other ideas now for the 6-8th time to which he only showed me 1 SINGLE combo which i said i dislike greatly. And his only other response was "any tie you pick will go well with a white shirt" what kind of a help is that. When i kept saying i dont want a white shirt.
In the end i went to other stores such as Calibre and was buying $220 individual shirts, having them tailored, buying suits and more.when they would take the time to dress me in an outfit - shoes, pants, shirt, tie and suits. Sometimes even when i needed only a shirt but to get an idea how to wear it.
I spent 3hours in Calibre. And spent $$

PJ you could have had more money spent in your store by me if you took the time to hire people who took an interest in the customer and not the sale.
Who provided customer service not standing 1metre away starring at you until you are acknowledged. Having people offer up suggestions and ideas for possible combinations since you are meant to be the experts. Ive seen KFC employees upsell, cross sell, suggest and provide better customer service at ages 15 than this old fella was able to offer up.
Very sour taste in my mouth. Youve lost a customer.
If you want my business back id expect something very much worth my time and effort to bother coming back in (which im due back in 1 week to chadstone to pick up my tailored suit and shirts from another store)
I need more things as a consumer.
P.s i was NOT INFORMED about any sales. 2 ties for $99 or 2shirts for $159. And had to bring it up myself because i knew from website. After being in store for over 15mins now.absolute JOKE of an experience.
As i said. Want me back, make it right. Make me an offer i cant refuse. And right your wrongs. Un-sour this taste left in my mouth. And ill remove this review as well. Blow my mind away with your desire to fix this experience ive had!
