Always happy with with my purchase here last week purchased a suit and as usual excellent service and very pleased with my suit also.

George was a genuine gentlemen and knew his stuff. Fantastic experience Giorgios:) quality of the suits also excellent!

Walked in on a Monday late morning and was served by a very professional and patient gentleman, who listened to what I had to say (even though he probably could tell instantly that I didn't know much about suits) and walked me along the whole process.
In the end I walked out with 2 new suits for a really good price and PJ got another happy customer.
Sorry to those who had a bad experience; this was my first visit and perhaps I hadn't noticed any of the store's shortcomings - though I do hope I never have to see it if I visit again ;)

We were in recently to pick out a suit for my partner for our wedding and then back today for a groomsmen appointment and our sales assistant George was fantastic! He helped us every step of the way. We would highly recommend anyone to go and see George his service and advice is 5 stars

Today I came in and was served by George who was able to fit me on the spot and gave me 10/10 service. Tomorrow I have a job interview and George was able to guide me through it on a personal level and helped me pick out the right size and outfit for me. Would recommend him to anyone in the future:)

I also would note that when I attended it was quite busy, however George was able to multitask and prioritise myself at the time.

Went to purchase a suite for a wedding with my partner, the person serving us was extremely rude and Judgmental, whatever question we were asking about the suits he was responding with rude sarcasm like we should already know the answer! He was very snobby frustrated and kept rolling his eyes. Made us very uncomfortable to the point that we just left and did our shopping elsewhere. I don’t know his name but he was bald, short and fat

Went to purchase a suit with my cousin since its his first time, the person serving us was extremely rude and Judgmental, when asking question about the suits, he responded with rudeness and ignorance, barely looking at us in the eyes, not even greeting us or asking us what we were looking for. He was very snobby glaring down on us too to bottom, looking always annoyed. We felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed for my aunt who was also there. We then just left. I didn't get to see his name tag but he was a short bald fat middle age man with glasses. This happened today 28/06/21. I’ve seen other reviews about him too, he should be fired, he does not represent the brand’s quality.

I went into the store after being ignored at Jack London and was immediately greeted and assisted by Matthew. He was extremely helpful and actually came across as if he wanted to be there, help me and that he actually enjoyed his job. I wasn't rushed, pushed into spending a lot of money or pressured to buy anything I didn't like. I don't particularly like retail salespeople, but Matthew deserves a raise. He is a credit to your company 10/10. Would happily spend $1,000 in your store again.

Wonderful and great experience with Vince at Peter Jackson in Chaddy. He was attentive, gave great advice and nothing was too difficult for him. Got the right cut for my build and even fast tracked tailoring to suit a last minute occasion.

I recommend seeing Vince if you want to get sized up for a great quality menswear.

Came here today after receiving terrible service at another suit shop upstairs. Matt helped my partner pick out his outfit for our wedding. He was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We weren't sure what we were looking for so his opinion and input was very much appreciated. Despite spending a considerable amount of time with us, we never felt pressured to make a purchase and had a really positive experience.

Buying my wedding suit could have been a nightmare but with Matthew's experience and his eye to detail.guessed my size correctly and also picked comfortable shoes.professional. All job done within an hour with Matthew's assistance.

Purchased a suit for 900 dollers for a wedding, alterations was on hold, I've decided cancel the order withen the next two hours, but they wouldn't refund the money, forced me to purchase the suit, even when the alterations was put on hold. Not happy, do not buy from them, and expect to return or refund, have to say the sales assistant at the store was very helpful though.

Had to fitout 9 guys for a wedding!

Purchased a suit for work whilst on sale. Attentive service staff even though shop was busy at the time Helpful recommendations for colour choice and patterns, however prices quite dear usually. They offer tailoring service for final adjustments but we went with a tailor we know who is much cheaper.

You can only truly know how good a company is when something goes wrong. My wedding suit had a flaw in it that I spotted after I took it home. The alterations were a little poor as well. When I brought it back, Michael instantly looked after me and got me a replacement, offered with humble apologies.

I can confidently say that I'll be going back to this store the next time I need a suit. Great products, great service.

3 staff 1 customer could not get any help because they where to busy taking. Walked out.
