Great service from George at Peter Jackson Chadstone!
I went in about 4 times to juggle around timing for suit fitting for my groomsmen. Each time he provided the best service, patience and fitting advice for my group. He even worked overtime to ensure he could fit around our schedule. Great work to Peter Jackson Team.

We were at the store selecting a suit for my husband for a wedding. There were 2 salesman present when we were at the store and one of them absolutely doing nothing. Instead of asking us what we want he kept ignoring us hanging clothes close to counter. We then had to pull out pieces ourselves and try it. But then this guy came over with an attitude because he didn’t like that we were trying it out ourselves. He just wanted take the pieces back from us and choose not to help. Not a word about what we need, what styles we are looking for, no suggestions nothing but an attitude to say please dont touch our suits. Then came another salesman who was even rude to us because he clearly didn’t want to help us either. Well I should mention this was not their attitude towards few other customers, im sure looks and color of skin matters too right. We were really disappointed and walked out the store deciding not to come back again. To be honest That store gave me so much anxiety.

The very next day we were at DFO Moorabin. We had no plans to go to Peter Jackson but while walking past the store we saw this exact colour we were looking for. We decided to take a look and walked into the store. I should say from that moment we had Steve helping us and guess what we ended up making a purchase. Cant express how grateful we felt for Steve after having bad experience ourselves.

The staff know their products extremely well. All their clothes last a very long time and they have friendly staff

My thanks goes out to Vince and his fellow employees at Peter Jackson. After being directed to go there by an honest salesman in David Jones, I found his recommendation of P. J.to be a most excellent one.

Their professionalism and knowledge was most enlightening; equally so, their patience and skill gave me the utmost confidence in their suggestions for a suitable outfit.

Having now worn my new suit to a formal occasion, I can attest to its effectiveness and look forward to returning to P. J.in the future to expand my wardrobe.

Great experience today - we were served by Dan, who was really knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The shop was busy, and all of the staff were working as hard as they could to make sure none of the customers waited long. The suit we bought was really affordable, but the quality is great. Won't be buying my suits from Peter Jackson for the foreseeable future, purchased a suit and shirt, shirt was poorly tailored and had several brown stains on it. Staff member was rude and inconsiderate, only offering a $20 discount for the shirt. Eventually got a full refund of $135. The staff on today were unprofessional and reluctant to help, opting to try convince me that the stains would wash out if I took it to the dry cleaners. Considering the shirt cost $135 I was thoroughly disappointed by it's quality and the customer service.

I recently bought a suit from this store, and the service was above and beyond exceptional.
The salesman knew exactly what I wanted and wasted no time in suiting me up.

Excellent service right from the get go! Needed a suit for a wedding next month and George helped every step of the way. Came in to buy a suit, not having owned one before or knowing what to look for, and was approached by George.

George was fantastic. He took the time to teach me about the suits, and answer any questions I had. He also suggested suits and suit combinations to try on to get a feel for different materials, fits and to show that a suit can be more versatile than just being a suit.

I dreaded buying a suit, but after being served by George, I’m already thinking of coming back and getting another.

I recently purchased a suit off you guys for my wedding and I have to say, I couldn't be more pleased with how it all turned out.

Until now, I have never worn a suit before, nor did I intend to because I just didn't feel like it was me. I felt goofy and didn't even enjoy wearing general formal attire.

My best man and I spent the entire day going from shop to shop but couldn't find anything I was pleased with. I felt uncomfortable and had to be convinced how nice the suit was. Honestly, it even began to upset me thinking I would have to settle for something and avoid looking at my wedding photos.

Then we made our last stop of the day in your Chadstone store and boy did it change everything. As soon as we stepped in, the customer service was excellent, on the ball and I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything. I was after a very specific style and Vince didn't stop until we hit the mark.

When I stepped out of the dressing room and saw how I looked in the mirror, I couldn't believe it. I actually loved the way I looked! Sorcery!

You guys genuinely made my wedding day extra special and my wife couldn't keep her eyes off me. I got loaded up full of compliments and I have never felt more confident in my life. I owe it all to you. Your hard work, knowledge and laid back vibes raises the standard of customer service.

I was dreading buying a new suit, and was on a bit of a time crush. George was fantastic in helping me make decision, and to give me a bit of flair with the colours.

So it's a shame that I'd have to write a negative review for PJ Chaddy. I've had a few bad experiences with this particular store. Regardless the previous ones I'd share my most recent one which took place today.

Prior to me going to PJ Chaddy I was at MJ Bale for a few business shirts and a suit. Bought the shirts. And I tried a suit there which was perfect fit great quality of fabric and excellent fit for me (not ashamed to admit that it was bit over price wise what I expected). So I was on a mission to find my suit within my budget, next stop was PJ Chaddy.

Me and my mate stood there for a while getting ignored by the 3 Gents who were working while just one customer was standing closer to them. Finally the younger guy came to us asked what's up, I requested help to find a Blue/Navy suit and pointed at a particular suit in the lot. He was being all comical made funny comments (wasn't friendly banter or great sense of humour), although I didn't wanna be rude cause he was helping me. He handed me a full suit and a size up jacket to try.

I tried them but still couldn't see it as a better fit than what I tried at MJ Bale. So went back to the sales person who helped me. He asked me how I went with it and I said "look it's great but I'm not loving it, so would like to explore other options". He chuckled as if something funny took place, with a smirk on his face he said " ha ha no stress bud, I knew exactly what was gonna come out of your mouth", I was astonished! It was such a rude, humiliating and an arrogant comment came out of a Sales person who works for well know apparel brand, also the lowest standard of customer service I've ever recieved! I was like "excuse me! ". Believe me or not he had the nerve to repeat what he said moments prior word to word as if it was a joke. I was fuming yet kept myself calm, then I replied "look mate, I've tried a suit at MJ Bale which was a better finish excellent quality and great fit for me and its twice the retail price as your suit. I find it hard to look past it with your suit, cause it's not a good fit for me. But I'm in a mission to get a suit by today! (wanted him to know that I not wasting his time) " He had nothing better to say so I left the store.

So i returned to MJ Bale and bought their suit at the end just cause I had a great experience at MJ Bale, the staff there was warmer nicer and more helpful, also the suit was a great fit for me! Personally believe the PJ Chaddy has to lift there game up either by getting people with better customer service skills and people's skills in general or by training the current staff to gain higher standard customer service skills! I was judged at the few ocaasions I had bad experiences at this store just because I was not dressed super fancy (I was in a casual outfit) Won't return to this mob at any cost anyway (I know you wouldn't care loosing one customer but belive me word of mouth from a person who has recieved a nice experience is powerful and will always bring more business day in day out when you are in retail game!).

The sales assistant I dealt with on a busy Sunday was George. I was unsure in sizing of a white shirt and the addition of cufflinks and bow ties. George is undoubtably one of the best sales assistance I have come across.

He is extremely easy to deal with, gave me some tips and tricks with recommendations. I will go back and deal with George again.
