Be careful, prices are different than what is advertised on the shelves, luckily I caught it at checkout and they updated the price for me but I could have missed it, im sure lots of people do, rip off tactic

Love it love it love it. The groomer she definitely knows what she’s doing. Never ones disappointed with the hair cut. Was living in toorak when used to take my pup there. Moved to Brighton beach yet still went to her. But after awhile got tired but hasn’t find another person like her.

Really friendly staff, off street parking and good sized store. Will definitely be coming back.

Groomer is very enthusiastic and interested in your dog's health. Dog had a fun time and seemed happy there.

Very friendly staff. My girls look super cute and clean after being groomed. They fit us in last minute and my girls were happy and comfortable when I picked them up, unlike other places where they looked scared and locked up in a cage. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Excellent grooming! Dogs are not caged while they wait. They get to run around in a safe area and play. The groomer is super patient and really loves dogs. The store has lots of good sales and toys to keep your pets happy:)

I’m going to be a puppy owner very soon and I couldn’t be happier with the staff and the service at Richmond’s PetBarn.

We were there today into the grooming area with our very cheeky dog. Wonderful service! The girls were very nice and patient with our dog. Very recommended!

Been trying to call them for about half an hour now. And they keep hanging up on me! Guess ill take my money elsewhere!
