Also, everything is overpriced. For a product you can get online from pet circle for $18 rather than in-store at pet barn for $30.

I find Petbarn an excellent place to shop for my little fur coat wearing beasts (the kittens hehe). Excellent range of superior quality products especially food and kitty litter that make our lives so much easier and less traumatic - the automatic WiFi litter tray has helped an awful lot too. Highly recommend Pet Barn in Richmond and South Yarra. Staff have click and collect orders ready for pick up within the hour and always helpful staff to assist with heavy lifting. Keep up the awesome standards Pet Barn!

Very poor customs service, tell close at 7: 00pm but close at 6: 00.

Very bad shopping experience here, poor customer service. Had called before coming to the Richmond store and the staff said close at 7.00pm, therefore was drive bit slow since not hurry. But when arrived (40 mins driving in order to be here!) was imformed about sorry we just closed (6.00pm) and probitted for any purchases. How can be like this, is my time not valued or Petbarn always treat customer like this. Definitely will not come here any more.

Central location with a wide range of products for all of your pets. The prices are also great, plus with weekly specials, you are bound to save. Off street parking is also great so you can load up on supplies for your pets.

Great selection of products for your pets & staff were friendly and helpful. I purchased a name tag for my dog & used this great engraving machine to get the tag made on the spot. Really fast and only $13 including tag & engraving.

Staff members are very attentions and they have great knowledge about pets. Feel free to ask for recommendations there. Also, the monthly 15% off over pet food for members are a great deal. So far one of the best places to make purcheses for my cat.

Went in the other day to buy some fish. The gentleman the helped out was very knowledgeable, full of energy, and once he answered all my questions was very respectful in leaving me to have think about my intended course of action. In the end I walked out feeling as if he was there to help me get what I needed, not to just spend as much as possible.

I give four stars because I'm yet to experience other divisions within the store beside fish, however if they are anything like the fish division, I can see an extra star added to my rating.

Oh my god for the 10 times I've been here they don't have bags no matter how big the purchase is, I wouldn't care if I had to buy a bag but give us the option PLEASE

Petbarn Richmond is a fantastical place filled with fantastic people! The staff are absolute legends and will make you and your furry friend fill very welcome! 10/10 much good. Look it's a pet store, ofc it's good, I'm just writing this review so I get level four review status.

An amazing fish section with everything you could possibly need. Great selection of live plants and fish along with fish health and tank health products plus tanks and ornaments etc.
Extremely helpful and informative staff.

This place has it all, it's a really merge fit out and the penultimate place we go to when we can't make it over to the Prahran store. Our next visit might involve fish and yabbies to compliment the monthly dietary purchases for the pooch. Great, friendly staff and the broadest selection we've found in the area.

The staff was really lovely and helpful. Bought 4 soft toys for my pug and she absolutely love it!

Today I have had a very poor experience. I have been taking our dog to this grooming from 12 weeks on. She is now nine months and I will never go back after my experience today.

My dog is 17kg and today they charged me $69 dollars for the same clean I normally get because they, and I quote “don’t want to deal with her”

To change the price from drop off to pick is very annoying and not fair. Especially since they have been dealing with her each and every fortnight for a clean.

Do not take you loved pets here!

When I came to collect our dog, she looked noticeably sadder than usual. I then got berated by one of the staff members for things out of our control. Plus, they gave the dog a shocking haircut. Wouldn’t recommend this place, they’re not the best.
