Great selection and very friendly and helpful staff. Parking onsite for 5-6 cars and you can usually also find spots in front or in side streets

Easy to use website, fast delivery and value for money.
This little guy always gets what he needs.

Very limited selections for cats outside of food. Little in the way of treats/accessories.

Customer service is good, just a small pet store.
They definitely try there best to help.

Really convenient instant delivery on online orders. Box provided slightly bigger than needed for my order, which was greatly appreciated by my box-loving cat.

The store itself is good, if a little tight compared to some Petbarn stores. This one has on site parking, which is good, but said parking is tight to maneuver in spots, and the disabled spots are furthest from the entrance. The staff are very nice and the range is solid.

My friend and I came in today to get some bits for her goldfish who seemed a bit sad. Liam was extremely helpful and patient with our indecisiveness. He had a great knowledge of fish, the jelly fish ornament and bubbler we got has made dudley the goldfish very happy! Thank you Liam:)

Having shopped at Richmond Petbarn for many years we always find the staff friendly offering great service and advice.

Staff are friendly, store is clean and normally well stocked.
Just the wrong day for me as stocks of my boys favourite frozen patties very low.

Nice sized store, convenient parking. The main reason for my 5 star rating is Maddi. She was amazing making recommendations and price matching for me. Even gave me a new puppy pack which I had no idea about.

Girl that served me today was rude and was more concerned with closing up than being polite. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question.

A large store, with a very wide range of products and plenty of stock. The staff are very helpful. There are no fish on display at the moment because of social distance rules. Plenty of on site parking.

After poor experiences with other pet places I have totally converted to Pert Barn! Really happy with the service

This is a lockdown shout-out to the team @PetbarnRichmond!
This company has been my saviour, when running out of frozen fish food. They are cheaper, quicker and reliable.
To say they do their best, isn't enough - they go above and beyond and get your pet needs to you within an hour or so, using Uber Priority. [Pity Uber isn't as reliable - who would have thought an Uber driver can refuse to go somewhere - it happened! ]

Use Pet-barn's online platform and if you are lucky enough to live near them in - do yourself a favour and pick up your orders!

I always have a great experience whenever I shop at Petbarn, whether it's in store or online. The staff always friendly to me and helpful. Online chat also excellent and quick to resolve any issues.

Great location but it's a smaller petbarn so a bit limited on selection.
Otherwise fine.

Their staff were super help but not annoying or pushy. They were professional and amicable, and helpful when asked for advice.

Cassie the sales person at the shop is top class informative girl on her work. She literally made me feel like a professional walking out the shop.as i went in aint know what to get to set up a freshwater fish tank.she literally given me so much of information till i felt i was in a small half a day fish tank set up class.a beautiful store.decent and friendly staff.big thank you to Cassie.
