Took my Apple Watch in for what should have been a recall repair, they were extremely unhelpful, rude and the worst customer service experience ever. I travelled 40min so as to not attend southland due to COVID and this place could not get me out the door quick enough, they didn’t offer a solution and just told me to call apple. Thanks guys for NOTHING!

Worst customer service, unprofessional staff, did not even checked my phone properly to know what could have gone wrong, rude to customers, if you have 15 Minutes more please go to Chadstone or Doncaster or any other place but not this one. Do not recommend this place.

Can't recommend enough, I bought two laptops in under warranty which Pentagon fixed within a week (even during busy Covid times), I had previously taken it to another authorised repairer and been told it wasn't covered under warranty and would cost $1200. Do yourself a favour and go to Pentagon Digital!:)

I came in with the pink screen of death for my Macbook Pro, and it turns out my unit is a recalled one. The guys went above and beyond and fixed not just my screen but also my faulty battery, keyboard and keypad! I was so happy to have a new old Macbook and did not pay a single cent. I can't recommend Pentagon Digital enough!

Friendly staff, skilled technicians with good know-how of Apple products. Would highly recommend getting your Apple products serviced at Pentagon.

Couldn't be happier with the service here! Rushed in very stressed 15 minutes before they closed with a macbook I had spilt liquid all over 5 days out from exams. Manager of the store was very kind and reassuring, even calling me back to let me know progress of it and my laptop was fixed good as new within 3 days for a very decent price. Highly recommend:)

Went to get battery replaced on my iPhone 6s+ and was quite disappointed with the experience overall. Dropped it off at 9: 40 expecting it to be done within 2 hours (as advertised out the front) however I was informed that it wouldn't be complete until 1pm. I was told that it would be done 'for sure' by 1pm, only to receive a phone call at 12: 35 at my home phone trying to tell my father that it would not be ready to pick up until 3: 30-4pm. I had already left home to pick it up by this stage and was not able to be contacted, so I went all the way into the store only to be told my phone wasn't ready.

I had to be at work by 2pm and therefore had to organise for my partner to pick up the phone once she had finished work. If I hadn't been mislead into believing my phone would be done by 1pm, I wouldn't have proceeded with the replacement. Almost none of the staff were following mandatory mask rules and one was extremely rude to my partner when she went to pick up the phone. 2 stars only because there was no issues with the phone itself. Very frustrating experience and quite unprofessional.

Also had to pay $110 compared to the $79 they charge at Apple

I came extremely worried to Pentagon, was greeted with a reassuring smile and was catered to promptly. My MacBook decided it didn't want to work, I had tried rebooting it numerous times, George took a look and told me that the battery froze and he was able to fix it in minutes. It was extremely kind of them to not charge me, I am very thankful. I surely recommend them, they are professional, quick and will definitely not mislead you. Thanks a lot.

I was very apprehensive visiting Pentagon to get my old Macbook Pro checked out as it wasn't working, but after meeting with Ehsan I felt at ease. Ehsan was very patient and provided excellent service. I wasn't pressured into purchasing a computer but was given options and advice. I was treated like a valued customer. Ehsan did a full check of my old computer and in the end I purchased a new Macbook Pro and thoroughly enjoying it! Thank you.

Excellent service and extremely quick turnaround for getting a battery replaced in my MacBook Pro.

Super impressed with the staff at Pentagon and how efficient they were with fixing my laptop. I had to leave it in their care for a couple of days and they returned it as good as new, with barely any effort on my part and (best of all!) no queues or long lines waiting to get served. Will definitely be recommending these guys and coming back in future for any other tech issues!

I was lucky enough getting help from Pentagon Digital. Always helpful, but today particularly help came from Neel Saraiya. What can I say? Many people can sell you products, but service not many can provide. I would give them a Nobel price for service. Thanks again, Mark.
