Op$&S and Ap$&e and neither were very helpful-a broken old iPhone (not backed up!) that couldn't be unlocked and a new iPhone: they sorted it all and transferred all data. Disappointed. Went there for a repair as an authorised Apple Repairer since they had lots of time slots instead of going straight to Apple Doncaster. They said they needed computer for 'a few days'. But when i went to drop off, they said '5-10 business days' as they let it sit there 'in a queue' until they get to it. It's my main work tool and not sure why they cannot book in a service time slot in the queue, then bring the computer in. The guy was polite but couldn't explain why either. He did offer a priority repair but at a significant additional cost when the repair was under warranty, so shouldn't cost me anything. Really poor business practice. Went back to Apple Doncaster instead.

They absolutely went above and beyond helping me with an active extended warranty I had on my apple device that I didn't even know about. Super grateful for the knowledgeable help of this team!

Outstanding service, very trustworthy team of experts and repairs completed at a very reasonable price. I took my iPhone 12 to the Apple store for a screen replacement and was told my device was now faulty and will need to be replaced… I quickly visited pentagon on the same day and my screen was replaced with the phone diagnosed showing no-issues at all.

Done waste your time going to any Apple stores. Support the small businesses like Pentagon who will be honest with you. Thank you very much!

They fixed my IPhone so quickly and were very kind and understanding. It was a much nicer experience than I have had in the Apple stores.

I recently purchased a MacBook Air M1 with these guys and I'm extremely happy with the service provided. Neel (proprietor) was extremely professional, spent quite a bit of time to understand my needs and accordingly made some recommendations.

I would highly recommend Pentagon Digital to anyone who's confused and needs honest advice and support to make a decision. They are a decent business who no doubt would look after you!

You can go here and spend twice the money

for macbooks, they don't do logic board level repairs, you'll end up having to pay twice the price for a new logic board when only the part that needs replacing should be replaced.your best bet is to just go into the apple store and get it done there

apple is building their products such that it makes 3rd party repair much more difficult.

Took my laptop in for some keyboard/screen repairs. Fixed in less than a week and my laptop feels brand new! Very reasonable and good service. Thanks team. Usually I book with Apple but I don't like waiting in line, plus they usually charge a lot. These guys were much more reasonable. Great service

Was referred to Pentagon Digital through Apple Support as my Macbook's keyboard and trackpad had stopped working. They are apparently an 'Apple authorised service provider'.
The man that served me at Pentagon didn't even touch or look at my Macbook after I told him what the problem was, he just quoted me $400 to replace parts.
I was not impressed so I waited and got a second opinion from Apple Doncaster. Apple actually looked at my Macbook, plugged it and ran tests and diagnosed the problem properly. Only cost me $136 to do the repairs at Apple instead of the $400 quoted by Pentagon.
Would not recommend this place to anyone or take anything there to be repaired.

Very quick turn around - very happy with that. It was worth asking and checking if the repair was on warranty, because it was nearly 4 years since repair, but it was - so it cost me nothing but time, and they were so efficient I was very happy!

Absolutely incredible service! My Macbook Pro was out of warranty with a broken keyboard and water damage. Somehow someway, the legendary team at Pentagon Digital were able to completely repair my laptop with minimal charges and with expedited speed (full repair took only 2 days!). I am so grateful and will be highly recommending this place for anyone that needs any future IT repairs.
