Pentagon digital. My problem was remedied very quickly by a very efficient,
pleasant and helpful young man. He made my day so much better.

Had an issue with my Mac book M1 charging port and they fixed it in less than an hour. Service & quality is amazing. Friendly staff and always treats customers well.

They resolved an issue on my phone for free. It wouldn’t charge or turn on. They opened up one of their sale items to see make sure that my magnetic charging was also working. Really appreciated their generosity!

I took my son's apple laptop to be repaired under warranty. They fixed the problem quickly (a flickering screen) and also replaced the keyboard and battery (which we suspected was swollen but we had not bothered to report it). His laptop runs and looks like new. We are very happy with their service.

Needed a battery replaced for my IPhone 11, and they were able to do it within 2 hours for a reasonable price. Very satisfied!

I'm a first time customer, purchasing a MacBook Pro to replace a 2016 MacBook Air and needing advice for backward compatibility with an older display monitor. We discussed a bunch of options and Neel followed up afterwards to check how it was all going. At every step I felt I could go back to him if there was a problem, but all's working as it should. So I'm very happy with the new purchase and that I found a source of knowledgable support at Pentagon.
