Received some gift certificates right before COVID lockdown. I tried to get a time extension as certificates expired in December 2022 after the three year consumer time limit. Following a series of communications staff would not negotiate an extension. Some flexibility would have been appreciated under the circumstances but I suppose they're successful enough not to worry about an individual consumer. Hope people think about this before they consider spending money there. A review of company policy is necessary to remind this business of what makes them successful. The one star reviews are growing. Lots of gift certificates dishonoured with absolutely no allowance for time lost due to lockdowns. The highest priority of this place seems to be evolving to make money with customer satisfaction way down the list. Damage has been done to your reputation and I don't expect any effort will be made to compensate potential customers that you've ripped off. Surprise me.

I bought my brother and his wife gift vouchers for Christmas not long before lockdown. They have refused to honour them because they 'expired' Money doesn't expire. This is akin to stealing. I have also heard they now heavily chlorinate their pools. A friend came back from there reeking of chemicals. The pools were also jam packed and uncomfortable. The glory days of this place are well and truly over. As far as I'm concerned they've stolen my money and what was intended as a thoughtful gift. I've seen your generic replies to similar reviews, please don't bother. Not an honorable or worthwhile business.

Great spot to unwind and take in all the nature, took the kids for school holidays and they loved it!

I loved it so much!
I went there in the morning, but I recommend going to the hill top first and then going counterclockwise!
The food bowl is really pretty too, so I highly recommend it!
I went on a Friday, but if it's a public holiday, it costs extra than usual, but is there a moderate yoga? Meditation? It seemed like they were doing something like that and performing various performances!

Lovely pools to explore. Very relaxing place to be at during the day or night. Such a peaceful environment too. I always come here whenever I’m in the city.

Love this place! Lots of different springs to choose from, picturesque atmosphere. Visited most recently during school holidays- not overcrowded (they do a good job of requiring bookings to manage numbers) and the kids that were there were well behaved.

All cafes are now open, and service is ok (can be a bit of a wait for pizza during busy times). Mostly seems to have recovered from post-COVID staff shortages etc.

Would highly recommend!

I love the hot springs, been going there for years. Had some time in the spa dreaming centre, was very relaxing and then breakfast there as well. Amenities are great as are the staff.

Especially, the night view at night is pretty

It's still under construction

I have booked for a full day access with my daughter and my mum, who is 77. With a 1 hour massage included. We arranged accomodation close by so Mum could go back to our accomodation and have a Nanna Nap and then we could go back for dinner at the spa dreaming centre.
APPARANTLY IF WE LEAVE, and our booking is for ALL DAY ACCESS. WE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK IN! Even if we upgrade our package to $300 per person. Already at $250 each.to incorporate the massages. To add insult to injury.we have just been informed that if my daughter or i wish to smoke a cigarette, this must also be done in the Carpark and we would also not be allowed back in. Lost for words! Just trying to plan a beautiful weekend for 3 generations of girls! Tyrone the manager is one of the least accommodating, rudest people I have ever spoken to, even after explaining the situation. Paid upfront so what can I say. I'm an idiot thinking this would have been a nice experience! I have been to the Springs on 2 previous occasions, both great. So very disgusted with your current management policies.

Will be in contact with consumer affairs.

There is no place as perfect as here in the cold winter
However, it's too cold outside and the cost of renting a gown is expensive, so bring a hotel one.

Top Hill is hard to take pictures even on weekdays
Make a reservation if you can, even on weekdays.

Very annoyed at the over all experience. The glamping tent was really nice and so was the food.

It was pretty busy so hard to get a pool but thats not the end of the world.

The biggest problem was the tent design which was banging and clanking in the wind all night. It was like torture. Imagine some one hammering metal on metal all night all around you. This was the exact opposite of relaxation.

It would have been fine if there was no wind but at the price we payed for it, this is inexcusable and the design needs to be altered to stop the noise.

We are not the only one as most of the glampers were complaining about the noise. Apparently the staffs knew about it because they are apologising and asking us how our night was and hoping it wasn't to noisey.

Unfortunately not it was terrible and we missed our yoga session as we were so tired and we didn't sleep at all.

Waste of money and i feel terrible giving this a gift to my boyfriend as a birthday present.

I don't recommend this place and not coming back again!

If you you are planning to go here, please book before and then go.

I went in with the gf for my bday weekend. It was fantastic. Loved the pools and the Turkish hammam. It can get pretty packed though so it's wise to book early

My partner treated me here for my birthday including a package of hot springs, massage and facial and lunch. We arrived in the early morning and the hot springs were nice and clean and the perfect hot temperature. The massage and facials were so relaxing we both feel asleep. The restaurant serves healthy meals and were fresh and tasty.

The play is really nice and well kept but it's so busy it really takes away from the experience

First time to a hot spring and it was a fantastic experience. Even though they were short staffed for the moonlit bathing, the receptionist was nothing short of a legend. The food did take long but he made up for it in drinks, what fantastic customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

It’s so lovely but when it’s busy it’s not as enjoyable as it’s way to crowed definitely not covid controlled but also mostly with children which i understand but maybe in the future having a night/ day just for adults

Really disappointed with the Peninsula Hot Springs.

First time visiting and had nothing but a horrible experience, I really do feel like I've been ripped off.

Booked at 7pm, left at 8: 30 - nearly the whole time I was there, I was just trying to navigate the place, spent 30minutes trying to find the Cafe to be told they "dont take cash".

Had 0 relaxation experience due to the amount of people there, every single pool was packed to the brim, kids have water toys and are playing around like it's the local pool or beach.

After spending 10minutes in one of the pools, a tree literally nearly collapsed on us and we were told to vacate.

Complete waste of money for me, not to mention the Petrol & Toll costs.

After being recommended to this place for so long and having such high expectations, I am extremely disappointed.

1hour and 30minutes spent there - 0 minutes of relaxtion

Most horrible "relaxation" experience I have ever had

My favourite place in Victoria. Amazing pools of various temperatures from 32° up to 42°. There is a cave pool, hill top pool, saunas, Turkish hammam, ice room and so much more. We went in the evening which was perfect, dimmed lights with a mist rain. Bookings are preferred but if its not busy you can get in easily (does incur a 10% surcharge if you book on the day or just rock up). Opens at 5: 00am, shuts at 11: 00pm.
Thanks so much guys

Probably the best & only reason to visit Mornington! Id 100% recommend the Geothermal Dreaming Centre although paying a little more for it!
