Best hollandaise I've ever had. The staff were all lovely and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the smoked salmon stack.

Very good coffee, great selection of cakes and treats, and very friendly staff. The cafe can be a little tight when busy, but for small groups this is a great spot. They're open nice and early on a weekend, so they are very convenient to visit if you're sightseeing in the area.

Cosy and inviting the menu here is first class, breakfast being very popular! Cold mornings make the hot coffee and eggs benedict even more enjoyable! Staff are attentive and polite and venue is clean and attractive! Take away is also available!

Wonderful home made fare of the highest quality with the valued integrity of honest comfort food.
Service is efficient and courteous, establishment is clean, homely and welcoming.
Always on my list for a wonderful Saturday drive to Woodend for brunch.

This busy little cafe in woodend serves up home cooking at its best. I had the meatball spaghetti which tasted just like the way my mum used to make it! The wait staff were lovely although a little busy, perhaps have an extra waitress / waiter taking orders. Thanks for having us!

Quick bite to eat for lunch with kids. Not bad.
Service was fast and friendly. Attentive too.
Lots of vegetarian options on the menu; plenty can be made veg on request which is nice. We had gnocchi (done vegetarian), pie and some chips. Gnocchi was good (a bit soft but not bad), pie was nice (tip: ask for dressing on the side if you get a salad - too much dressing). Chips were yum.

Overall a good little cafe and would go again.

Such a lovely cafe with good service. Food was avarage though. The pasta was a bit tasteless and soup of the day was OK.

Had spaghetti meatballs and beef pie which was very tasty. Coffee was great too! Worth a visit!
