A excellent Cafe with food and service a very friendly staff a great place for gluten free people.

Incredibly delicious food staffed by friendly people. I loved the vegan pie - the best I have ever eaten!

Paysanne is a delightful little Cafe with a fabulous, friendly chef who always smiles and chats to the customers. The Barista makes delicious coffees and hot chocolate & even iced chai for those hot days! The wait staff are especially knowledgeable and happy to help with accommodating dietary requirements.

Impressively there are numerous menu items that are GF, dairy free, vegan and even fructose free! Lovely cosy atmosphere and great outdoor sidewalk dining also.

Good old-fashioned service, we just had coffee and cake, as we just missed the lunch menu, worh a stop. Apologies as I must remember to take a photo.

Found our new favourite cafe in Woodend, delicious food and beautiful people running the place. Thanks guys, will see you again soon.

Fast friendly service offering good, wholesome, hot food with plenty of options for GF, DF etc. We'll be back.

Paysanne's pie's, pastery's & cakes are seriously GREAT! Beef & Onion flakey pastry pie with relish, Walnut Tart & cream, Cucumber muffin are fantastic! And the Sugarless Gluten-free Chocolate Raspberry cake is literally, in my wife's words 'THE BEST! '. Forget the bakery come here.get your coffee at Woodbury though.

Such an unorganised Cafe. No one is there to greet or sit you, staff look frantic and no one bothers to pay any attention. Looking at the other reviews, many comment on the poor service by the owners and staff.

There are other better cafes in the area - take your business elsewhere.

Beautiful people and service and food was fantastic, would recommend if you are rolling through woodend or staying over you call in and grab a meal.

Lovely, vibrant cafe with tasty food and friendly service. I had an absolutely delicious quiche with feta & caramelised onions.

Very good coffee, not over-roasted, good crema. Friendly service, but only patchy adherence to Covid-19 restrictions, in particular staff not wearing masks.

Coffees were so hot our tounges burned. I mean required holding a mouthful of water in for a while. Incredibly hot, which also wrecks the flavour. Too bad I'm down the freeway or I'd be back for a refund.

The food was average, but the staff were really grumpy. They acted like we were an inconvenience to them the entire time, then got an attitude when I brought it to their attention that they charged me for something that I didn’t order or receive. We only ate here because it was the only place where the kitchen was still open, but I would stay hungry next time.

Amazing food and staff. Caters so well so vegan, GF, nightshades free and onion and garlic free. As well as having everything else.

You guys are open the whole weekend!
Would crazy not be be with a location like this.
The place was so cosy and warm, the staff and owner were soo incredibly lovley and accommodating. Cute as hell boutique cafe, highly recommend for a coffee and cake drive by!

One of the best benny i have ever had, amazing hollandaise sauce. And the cakes, just delicious.

Wonderful! Classic dishes without pretension done perfectly. Everything about the Coq au Vin was delicious. No frills friendly service.
