Annie IS AMAZING at her work we left epping shop due to poor customer service and came back to highpoint.

Unfortunately the food was not fresh here. The place was busy and pumping. Customer service was okay, lady at counter got the order wrong and took a while to rectify it. The food didn't taste amazing like in the past few Papparich restaurants. It was too bland for Malaysian cuisine and not even hot. I'm actually getting a sore throat from the sauces.

I came in twice and both time I had nasi lamak with the beef.
To be honest, I been to Malaysia 4 times, but never had such good nasi lamak!

The staff members were welcoming, warm, efficient and especially the wonderful "Veronica" who on both occasions served me nice food, but as well as wonderful a heart filled with love and gratitude.

I told "Veronica", whenever I feel depressed, I will just come to eat Pappa Rich lol

Came to their Highpoint store today and was extremely dissapointed. I've been their loyal customer for many years and have tried almost all of their stores accross Melbourne, but this is the first time I got this bad experience. I ordered a dry noodle for takeaway, as it will be my lunch tomorrow at work. I assumed (sorry it was my fault to assume it) they will put the sauce separately like other stores do but no, they mixed the sauce together with the egg noodles. I talked to a front staff, tried to explain to her this meal will be my lunch tomorrow, not today, and asked her is it possible for me to get a new one with the sauce put separately, and guess what she told me "try to eat it tonight. You can eat tomorrow but it will not taste good". Then she walked away. I was upset and I tried to ask another front staff, she said sorry and she will try all her best to talk to the kitchen. Then, a kitchen staff was clearly angry and told her "we cannot do it" but another lady in the kitchen walked by and said "no we can do it for customer". OMG finally! Thank you so much, I really appreciated it. Hope this won't happen again in the future and I'm sorry too, next time I will tell them at the first time when I order something to avoid misunderstanding.

I came to Paparich at Highpoint today and ordered my favourite food: fried chicken skin snacks with chips. I have had this multiple times in chadstone and cbd but this time is very disappointing. The chicken skin was so overcooked the colour of the food was so burnt. I politely asked the waitress to change and the chicken staff gave me the exact same thing. It tasted absolutely disgusting. Even my dog would not want to eat this.
Seemed like whoever cooked this either have very bad taste or needed an eye check.
Will recommend everyone i know to not ever come here unless they change the kitchen staff/chef:)
