Getting an interesting and good learning experience from the Pakenham Medical Clinic is going to boost my confidence in Nursing Study and career. Working alongside with the experienced Doctor and Nurse in this clinic will definitely enhance the knowledge and skills of a beginner nursing student. As in a clinical placement, students will get opportunities to see Doctor and Nurse consulting and treating with patient which will help then develop the professionalism and skills to look after the patient.

Unscrupulous marketing trying to push vax to minors using fairly assertive language. Attempted to directly reach our 13yo via SMS stating "you are due for C19 pfizer". These are no doctors that truly have your wellbeing and HEALTH in mind, just vax pushers trying to make a quick buck out of everyone thats in their database. AVOID

Bad customer service. When Called to book an appointment, they mentioned that they accept Allianz OVHC upon confirming with the other person.but when went to the hospital, the receptionist mentioned that they wont accept Allianz OVHC. However she mentioned that she will try. I asked her to try first but she was occupied with calls. I had to go through the consultation process and ended up paying $60. Please improve your communication. You should have done the billing when I approached you. Not when I write the review. Why didn't you do the billing when I have provided the allianz OVHC card?

Great medical clinic, wonderful, long opening hours and warm experience from start to finish. I really feel thankful that i got chance to do my nursing placement here as well as the doctor explain the things was really great and also helped me in my studies.

Worst receptionist, not all but one of the lady in pink was so rude, VISITED. Tuesday morning by 11 approx. NOT RECOMMENDED

Great service Dr Bhuiyan is very pleasant and thorough with his patients. They offer a lot of great services and he is a good doctor to deal with. Front reception staff are lovely too.

Absolutely appalling clinic and no genuine care for patients nor give them the time when a patient is crying out for help. My brother recently came into this clinic to speak with a Doctor about some concerns with mental health. Dr Rajaretnam didn't listen, rushed the appointment, filled our a script for sleeping tablets and sent him on his way. Sleeping tablets don't assist with anxiety. I am absolutely disgusted this doctor did not listen to my brother and showed no genuine concern for his health. Will certainly be reporting this to the medical board.

Wish could give 0 rating. Very unprofessional staff and booking system. Booked for 2 people to get vaccinated more than 1 and half weeks. Got a sms same day of appointment to say that our appointments have been cancelled. Previous day emails were sent to confirm the appointments.

Absolutely appalling. I scheduled a phone appointment because all I needed was a prescription. ‘Dr’ Don called me 20 MINUTES LATE only to tell me that because I hadn’t physically been into the clinic I ‘wasn’t eligible’ for a phone consult. Yet I had a phone consult back in April with another doctor and had no problems.
It’s the first I’ve heard of this ‘rule’ as it never happens with other clinics. Very rude and unprofessional so I definitely won’t be scheduling another appointment. Next time I’ll wait to go somewhere else instead of Pakenham Medical Clinic.
Even look at their responses to poor reviews, very nasty and again, unprofessional. I have no idea how this clinic is still running.

Very bad experience with pakenham Medical clinic including receptionist and doctors. Had an appointment with other doctor however receptionist changed to other and didn’t inform me either. Plus waited for an hour for my turn and when i ask d how long have to wait she said you were suppose to see that doctor which I didn’t choose. Doctor Bhuyian was rude too. Just to make extra money he just did my Blood pressure check and asked me to come next day. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and wouldn’t go again either.

Book an appointment for my hubby, got cancelled the booking at last moment by msg from this clinic, no reason, no services, call back to them, nonody answer phone, never meet a GP no show at all.terrrible experience

Extremely unprofessional! 3 girls on the front counter weren’t wearing their face mask in the correct manner, 2 girls had it hanging off one ear, the other under the chin. I would expect better from health care workers

I am an international student, and visited a lot of clinic in Melbourne, from pakenham to Dandenong. But the best service I have ever received during my medical crisis time is in here. Distress from medical condition is not a joke, but the mental support I got on top my treatment was marvellous. I would definitely recommend this clinic for less waiting time, clean environment and well mannered staffs. And also recommend Dr. Zaman & Dr Nafisa, if you are really stressed out for your medical condition or looking for an exceptional medical service.

Pakenham medical clinic is a fantastic medical centre, especially Dr Myat.
It took me a long time to find a Dr like her when I moved to Pakenham.
My only issue is when I ring up for scripts the girls at the front desk are not faxing them to the pharmacy.
Once I waited up to a week, kept ringing them up and they would tell me they would do it straight away and they don't.
Pharmacy complained that they always have this problem with this clinic.

Even during Covid in 2021 ample Doctors available, with the latest extensions enhancing the clinics ability to care for patients needs and requirements.
Professional medical clinic that is open 7 days a week. Doctors organise follow-up if patient is due for a check up! Easy access fron rear parking area! Friendly and caring service! Bulk billing available. Blood test samples and vaccines also available. OPEN SUNDAYS!
Just having extensions added to the Medical Clinic. Looking forward to seeing what come of it!
Extensions have been finished and more Doctor's Rooms and also more Female Doctors available. Also a Melbourne Pathology sub office within this Clinic. Always best to ️ ring prior to secure an appropriate appointment, as it will reduce the waiting time to see a Doctor. Waiting time is very minimal at most times. Not being biased, but highly recommend this Medical Clinic

I am very happy with my experiences at this medical practice, which I have been attending regularly over the last three months. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-organised. It is open 7 days a week over extended hours and this service is much appreciated. I have found the support staff are always professional and polite, even when under pressure during the ongoing Covid crisis. Dr Priyanthi is my GP, and she is a very well-qualified and experienced practitioner. More than that, she is genuinely caring and courteous, always focussing on the patient´s best interests.
