Useless clinic and staff.

Send out text messages saying they have your results when they in fact don’t.

Reception staff don’t listen to what you’re saying whenever you call and they say they don’t have your results before they have even bothered to take the time to look. No care in the world

Appointments are rushed.

The staff here should take more pride in their job and show some care. Do not recommend to anyone.

Dr Nafisun, Dr Myat and Dr Shifat are by far the best doctors in Melbourne. They are warm and friendly, very thorough in their consultations and very knowledgeable. They actually care, and always listen to all my concerns regardless of how big or small they are, they give excellent advice & guidance and provide the best appropriate treatments! Thank you to these lovely ladies for always providing exceptional service.

Many people complain about the waiting time, and as frustrating as it may be, I'm very grateful that this clinic is one of very few that continue to bulk bill, saving us money. Majority of medical clinics are now privatized, so bulk billing clinics are extremely busy, as Medical holders want to benefit of free medical consultation.

The doctor is talkative and can practice English. He handles key points quickly without being sloppy

Originally I just came here for a Q injection, but the doctor was really talkative.

He said he was working three jobs a day when he was 26
Then he said that he would give a full package for vaccinations and blood tests, which was pretty good. I recommend it.

The doctor was very nice and gave injections very quickly. Then he kept asking me to study nursing here

Staff procedures stop proper care when appointments can’t be made then won’t send medical history to another clinic. I’ll never book there again as they are useless. Doctors also say you can call back next day but staff won’t pass on messages

This medical clinic with unprofessional staff especially receptionists who has not idea how to deal with patients. They are just there to harras people.

I have seen a lot of medical professionals throughout my life and this clinic is the worst I have ever been to. From very long waits to rushing my appointments (even though I book a double appointment, the doctors say they don’t do that), the doctor i had seen for 3 years passed me on to another doctor as she couldn’t be bothered doing statements I required for work. I had been a patient there for 6 years and I can’t mention one good thing about this clinic. All staff are rude and unprofessional as there was several times i left in tears. They didn’t do anything for me and my condition (s) got worse.
My life has improved drastically now that i see a great doctor at ANOTHER medical clinic who is professional, cares and gives me all his attention.
The person representing the clinic by writing in response to these reviews i see is unprofessional and rude as well.

Was lucky to do my nursing placement here! I learned a lot and know there is so much more to learn in such a large busy practice which is treating so many people.

They were caring and allowed me to practice and learn in many areas without worry and we’re always happy to explain if I had any questions.

Dr. Nafisun & Nurse Cassie were hands down the most professional health care workers I’ve come across. I came for an Iron Infusion, the receptionists were welcoming and the process was fantastic.

Not very impressed at all, my partner went in for a consultation. He had called earlier in preparation to make an appointment he was told there was no need as they weren’t busy and he can just walk in, without asking to continue if he wanted an appointment. Seeing as that’s what he was told the proceedings were for that day, we went in and ended up being rejected from the clinic, waited 3 hrs, going into a Drs office within the first 30mins but couldn’t find a profile so was sent back to waiting room, where the clock kept on ticking becoming inpatient.

This place is very unprofessional, staff seem very unaware of their patients and definitely know how to waste peoples time. We will not be coming back here.

This medical centre needs to be sued. They dont allow their own patients to have a copy of their medical results if not making an appointment with the doctor. All they are after is money and overboarding appointments, there is always 1 hour of wait time between appointments. The doctors arent qualified and arent friendly. I will make a complaint with the ombudsman.

So so impressed with Pakenham medical centre! It doesn’t matter what doctor I see they are all absolutely fantastic. Recently my 5 month old baby with was very unwell and they made it a priority to see him and prevented us going to hospital!

As a placement student I learnt many things from here related to mental health. I learnt way more from the doctors and the nurses and learnt out of scope lessons which will help me in the future.

I do not recommend this clinic. The staff are unprofessional including the doctors. There is no sense of direction. Always waiting for hours. They have left me frustrated and disappointed!

This was my first appointment and I booked for an iron infusion. It was a great experience, the doctor was nice and Nurse Cassie was lovely.

I have been there for my placement and received such a supportive and wonderful environment along with the doctors it been a great experience. Definitely love to do my further hours here.

It is a wonderful time and opportunity doing my pathology placement in Pakenham Medical Clinic, They are very accommodating and kind to all students doing placement in their clinic specially the very own Dr Zaman who help me a lot every-time i need something to learn in Drawing blood. May God bless this Clinic and all the people who belongs to this clinic.

It is wonderful opportunity to do my placement in Pakenham Medical Clinic they are very accommodating to me. Especially their very own Doctor, Dr Zaman Bhuiyan. He treated me like his own employees and. Friends that is why i became enthusiastic to become a good pathology collector. Thank you Dr Zaman i will never forget you.
