Dr Zaman Bhuiyan is best doctor with lots of experience, he gets to the root of the problem and uses the best medicine available to deal with it. The clinic also provides a very friendly reception service. Since I have been with Dr Bhuiyan I’m very happy and recommend people come to his clinic.

Pakenham Medical Clinic was the only clinic in Australia that conducted skin test, blood test & q fever injection when we really need it.

Quick, friendly (but busy) and bulk billed. I had an appointment, urine and blood samples taken, plus an Xray that got completed in the practice next door. Booked the previous night on line. Home again 90 minutes after the appointment. And all bulk billed.

Absolutely atrocious, worst medical centre I have ever attended & it wasn’t even for myself it was with my client. The admin staff continuously on different occasions would change the times of my clients appointments & blame us even though we had it written down. They were rude, and unapproachable. There was a doctor in particular who was very rude to my client who continued to scratch her head as if she didn’t know how to answer our questions.
I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to my worst nightmare & too top it all off it’s not the cleanest clinic.

I had an appointment for 5: 30 and I have to wait 40-50 minutes after the fact, the reason I book an appointment is so u don’t have to wait what a joke

I am a second-year nursing student from Torrens university and I have just finished my one-week nursing placement at Pakenham Medical Clinic. I have learned heaps of clinical practical skills from this clinic and all the staff have been really helpful and it was such a pleasure to work and learn from them. Doctor Zaman has been treating patients with a good heart and he has clinically practiced for many years in different areas including South Africa. I completed my 1 week Primary Health Care placement at PMC. I learnt and became more confident in my skills. The doctors and nurses gives you ample opportunities to learn and perform procedures. It was a pleasure to have Dr. Zaman as a mentor. Thank you team PMC.

U don’t even deserve one star. Your doctor was so rude. When i booked appointment i told my son got cough and i have done rat test which is negative. And they said thats fine you can come. But the doctor, i have no words to explain how rude he was towards my 6 year old austistic son. Did not had any manners at all and started yelling at us. You definitely can’t be healthcare professional specially a doctor if you don’t have patience. He didn’t even listen to me just started yelling. The worst experience i ever had with any doctor.

While visiting this Dr's clinic today, l witnessed one of the worst behaviours from Dr Myat having a go at another Dr in front of patience in all waiting rooms. Very unprofessional

I did my phc placement at pakenham medical clinic for two weeks.
It was a great experience for me as i get to learn and apply clinical practice skills. It has made me more confident. All the staff members were very helpful, supportive and easy to approach. Two weeks placement went so fast with great pleasure

Unprofessional experience from Dr. Bhuiyan with disrespectful body language to match. Too interested in drawing comparisons to his own life and experience to give a balanced diagnosis in regards to the issues at hand. Have never left the doctors feeling less assured upon leaving until now. Would not recommend this GP if you can help it.

Waited more than an hour. And reading the reviews we are not the only ones. If you cannot manage your bookings and the time they take, then don’t take bookings you cannot manage. It doesn’t matter who your doctors are, their image is also tainted by your practices poor performance. Dr Bhuiyan is rude, arrogant, dismissive and needs customer service training 101.

Absolutely useless, if you want to come here for a pediatrician there's no point there isn't one the web site lies, the waiting room is a joke and the doctor we talked to was useless in refiring us to a pediatrician. Not happy at all

Staff and doctors are so nice i been there for my two weeks placements and it was great two weeks they are always happy to teach and they actually let me do the stuff i was here for. Casey is such a good nurse and very very helpful.

Not sure if this is common practise amongst all clinics, but I am regularly not seeing my doctor until 30 minutes after I have booked in to see them. Not only that, but on multiple occasions I have seen people with appointments after mine be seen by a doctor before I am.

The doctor I saw today was not helpful at all. I learned absolutely nothing about what was wrong with me, what caused it, how I can help myself get better, and what to avoid doing in order to mitigate making my condition worse. It felt as if this doctor was just trying to get rid of me the second I stepped foot in their office. Whether that was the case or not, that is how it felt.

Please, fix your booking system and get your doctors to perform a more thorough check up.

I would feel myself so thankful that I have got a chance to do my mental health placement here and moreover to learn from the doctor which helps me a lot for my studies and knew that how how nurses and doctors work. Especially thanks to Dr. Zaman who build my confidence thoroughly in the placement of how I am supposed to work. Very good place to learn and develop skills for your career.

Good assistance at times, before it got larger and busy it was the best clinic, but now can never get an appointment that runs on time.
My partner is still awaiting a call back 3 days later, he called his appointment and they placed him on hold for over and hour and no one got back to him.

Every appointment I have had which includes face to face or telephone ends up being a delay of a minimum hour (even though I have booked)

Outraged with my experience here. Received both my first and second dose of my Pfizer vaccine here yet I called to enquire when my vaccination status would be on Medicare yet they have no records of me attending the clinic or even getting either of my shots. This has resulted in me being unable to work and losing my job, it’s been a month since my second vaccine and still no certificate due to this clinic not uploading my details. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Booked an appointment with a Dr online; only to reach the clinic and realise that he was on leave.

That's fair; but not updating the booking system about the same is misleading. I had particularly taken time off from work for this appointment.

Please rectify and update the system when a doc ins NA.
