Okay. They aren't as helpful as other hiking stores. Some has an attitude when you ask questions to clarify. Not impressed but appreciate their work with Oxfam.

My first visit to Paddy Pallin and I was served by Pemba who was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with the fitting of some hiking shoes. I was extremely impressed with his manner and the way he conducted himself throughout the sale.

This shop has very helpful & friendly staff AND it offers good value for great brands. Highly Recomended

Failed to meet their own price match policy. Bought the same item for some $20 cheaper with free postage from Brisbane!

Fantastic with helping us organise some gear for an overseas trip. Gave us good advice which we took and it has been spot on. Sells good quality outdoor gear that lasts.

Exceptional customer service from Georgia who was so knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. She asked questions to find out where we were traveling to and what type of activities we would be doing. She made the whole process so easy and we have walked away with great knowledge and some new awesome hiking boots and jackets.

One of the best stores for hiking products. High quality selections and fair prices. They have occasional 20% store wide sales.

Huge range of camping and sporting bags. The products can be somewhat costly although they are very good quality. The staff were amazing with their help. If your in need of a new bag I would check out this store.

Great staff, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to quality outdoor gear. The have a good range of brand name gear like marmott and osprey. Can be a little on the expensive side but you can’t put a price on quality. I will come back and spend money here again

Greatest camping gear and clothing shop I've ever been to. Stocks the best gear, no compromises. Up to date with the newest and best stuff too. It was the only shop I could find that stocked what I wanted. They don't have endless mixed quality gear to choose from where you must decipher which is best, another thing I really like.
The staff had all the right knowledge, told me all that I needed to know with great communication skills. She was direct, to the point and didn't try to sell the product, only tell me the details of the item (Osprey Atmos and Aether packs).

One of the best hiking, travel and camping stores around. With so many other businesses leaving the market it is good that they have persisted.

Whilst you may not get big brand store prices, you will also not get big brand store quality, which in my opinion is generally low.

Sales staff are knowledgeable of their products and a friendly with their service.

For high quality hiking gear this is my go to shop. I have been an on and off customer of theirs for years.

It says "close at 5pm on Saturday", drove all the way and got there at 4: 58pm and the door was already shut?

Expensive and small range. But staff are friendly and knowledgeable. With a visit over the big names!
