I used Pack & Send's delivery service for the first time and I cannot recommend them highly enough! For a first time user, I had the daunting task of sending a large amount of personal items, some sentimental and others of notable monetary value, from Melbourne back to the UK! I was somewhat stressed and nervous about the whole thing but Stephen, from the Mackenzie Street store in Melbourne was exemplary and a massive credit to the company and service. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout, both in person and over email and eased any concerns I had prior to shipping. All my stuff arrived in perfect condition (as promised) and I now know who to use if ever I wish to ship internationally. Thanks again to Stephen and Pack & Send! 10/10

The service I experienced from this Pack&Send branch in Melbourne is absolutely excellent!
When I was desperate with my luggage load after along journey, I got immediate help by the most friendly staff in Mackenzie Street, especially by Shanez, who gave me all the necessary information in detail!
Yet, after I had missed the delivery of my parcel back in Austria, which was clearly MY fault, it was sent back to Australia again!
When I contacted P&S in despair, Shanez was extremely kind to offer me to keep my parcel until a Melbourne friend of mine would pick it up for me! WHAT A RELIEF!
I am absolutely delighted about this most helpful personal service I experienced especially with Shanez!
