10/10, they delivered some artworks precious to me from Melbourne to Sydney, faster than I expected. They were expertly packed, and although the box itself got banged up, the frames themselves were in perfect condition. Also, they're open Saturdays so that's pretty neat.

Was relocating from Melbourne to Sydney, and had to send household goods. I walked into this courier service, as it was close to my home. And was totally blown away by the service I received. Tony was simply amazing, and so was Pack & Send.
I was explained the different services available, and left to choose the one that worked best.
I got my packages booked, and travelled to Sydney the next day. And find that they've reached safe and sound - before I did. The fragile cutlery and glass items were all intact.
Highly recommended! Next time I need a courier service, I will definitely go looking for the nearest Pack & Send store!

Tony and the people at Pack N send are ACE. Price was one fifth of the competitors who were obviously taking advantage of a one off job. Pack & Send were on it straight away, well organised, great communication, very thorough is ensuring the components were separated properly prior to packaging for delivery to remote sites, and have provided detailed tracking. What more can you ask for?
