We contacted Ben at P&S over a month ago to learn how we could ship excess luggage before our vacation continued on to New Zealand. He was always quick to correspond and always provided helpful hints and “how to do it better” information. In the end, we saved money over our original estimate and shipped even more luggage than planned. From the franchise owner, Ben, to his assistants, Phil, and Steph, everyone at Pack and Send Mackenzie St, Melbourne, made the difficult task of packing and sending my boxes (39 of them!) interstate so much easier. A parcel I sent to Paris six months ago, registered via the post office, never arrived and it was heart breaking when told by Aust Post that once it left the country, there was nothing they could do. I chose DHL Pack&Send this time, express and registered and was advised that in light of the pandemic, the parcel might take 10 days to arrive instead of the usual 5. Lo and behold, it arrived in 4 days. My other parcel by Standard post to Qld arrived in 2 days. I am mightily impressed! I will certainly use this service again. The tracking notification was automatically generated. The assistant at the office in McKenzie St in Melbourne City was excellent and professional. It's very reassuring to know that during the pandemic, delivery of gifts can be trusted all the way, from door to door. My family in Paris also says "Thank you Pack & Send:) "

Ben is the best in town. He know what he is doing and give a proper explanation of what is happening to your package. I didn’t worry about the package after I left his shop, because the way he explained about, I knew I came to the right place.

This is much better rather than going to AUS POST. People work there have no clue about international deliveries and it’s so much hassle. Ben takes care everything. You just need to give correct information.

And also he is a nice human being, unlike the robot like people at many other places.
