They assisted us with some very complicated issues with the Indian customs department and provided us with some of the best customer service we have ever experienced! I would strongly recommend them for your packaging and delivery needs.

Pack and send were able to collect my goods and transport them from Melbourne to Perth safely. I had multiple items and they went the extra mile to not only replace some of the shabby boxes but also strap everything securely to a single pallet. Excellent communication and service from a genuine family business. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

Marut was super helpful and responsive from first email, to call and then in person. Some of my items were provided with extra padding and everything arrived in really good time and in great condition. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend. Big thanks Marut.

If I can give more stars I most definitely would! Marut and team were fantastic from the first phone call. I needed fragile items to be picked up from Melbourne and delivered to Sydney within a short time frame. Marut organised pick up and found ingenious ways to re-pack all my items into one huge box to ensure the most cost effective and convenient solution. I expected the box to arrive within 7-10days, however to my lovely surprise it arrived within 3 days! Marut even followed up with an email checking that I received all my items. If I ever need items delivered again, I will not hesitate to reach out to Marut and team.

After dealing with so many other freight companies (FastWay this means you!) who are hopeless, what a breath of fresh air!

This place is awesome. We dropped off a pallet with equipment on it and got a great price for VIC to NSW delivery. She even packed it up professionally for free!

Simone and her staff provided amazing service in getting a parker mirror purchased online transported from Melbourne to Sydney. I received a professional quote and the charges were very reasonable considering they included packaging the mirror for transportation. The packaging was done amazingly well and the mirror arrived safely without a hitch.
It was a real pleasure dealing with Simone and I'd strongly recommend this business to others. I'm so glad I came across it myself on the internet.
